Nestled in Avon, this charming condo for $290 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Avon Business License No. 014980 Our condo, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in the heart of Avon, Colorado with quick access to premier skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Ski Resorts. A free shuttle to Vail is available and it’s just a 1 minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola. In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, and swim in Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 1 minute walk. For a fun outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances. The condo is located in the charming town of Avon where you can explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, swing by Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head to town in the evenings to experience one-of-a-kind restaurants. Our condo features all of the comforts of home, full kitchen stocked with kitchen wares, coffee maker, hi-speed internet, in unit self service laundry and a small balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking the ski mountain. The condo also has a workout room for all guests. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed with attached bath 2nd Bedroom - 2 twin beds Living area- Queen Pullout sofa Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We spent Christmas week at this condo in Avon, CO. The layout is excellent and the condo was very clean -- overall a great choice for our family of four (2 adults + 2 children). The location was easy -- we were able to walk to the Riverfront Gondola, take the shuttle to Beaver Creek Village or drive over to Vail for the day. There is underground parking and getting in-and-out were a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans and utensils. We cooked half the time and ate out the other half. Would 100% rent again the next time we visit BC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo because it was in a great location and the price was right. First thing I noticed was how clean it was, the carpet had the 'just been vacuumed' look at the whole place was tidy. My bed was very comfortable, too. The location is as advertised. I walk out the front door of the Seasons and I'm the river trail for a morning run along the river. I finished that with very tasty double Americano at Loaded Joe's (per the suggestion of the host), a perfect start to the day. Beaver Creek's entrance is right there and I met a friend at the base to catch up. I squeezed in a little golf in Cordillera and met friends in Vail for dinner; this roomy condo was right in the middle of everything. I can't wait to come back and stay here again in the winter to ski at Beaver Creek! Already figuring out dates and if the Epic Pass is worth it for the four of us :) p.s. Thanks Brian, for the tip on the taco truck out front, two carne asada tacos and Topo Chico hit the spot.

We were in town for a family celebration- from Austin, Texas Had a great visit. Lots of hummingbirds around- felt bad for them so we added a feeder to watch them Lovely views, lovely area in the summer Condo had everything we needed even a crockpot, which a lot of places do not. Thank you

Once we got into the property everything was great. We had a problem getting into the the unit, because age door code did not work. We called the property manager and he did not respond. We ended up contacting the owner who changed the door code and we got into the unit. It took over two hours to get into the unit. Everything else was great.
