Clean, comfortable and convenient in town for a week for a baseball tournament with lots of trips to the beach. Came with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach toys. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a food tour in Encinitas, the Surf Museum in Oceanside, the San Diego Zoo, and walking on the beach. All the things were easy to get to and it was so great to come “home” to a comfortable, cozy, beach themed condo with a balcony for morning coffee and a large community pool.

Adequate for a family weekend. Nicely appointed.

This beach home was as wonderful and accurate as advertised. We went to San diego most days and came back early enough to use the pool and hot tub each night. Bbq available with fire pit. The home was quiet, came equipped with everything we needed, and we loved every second of our stay there. Little tricky parking and finding our way around the buildings to get to the pool area but we figured it out quickly. Laundry in the next building was fairly convenient. No issues while there and absolutely no complaints. Thank you!

Condo was nicely decorated, clean, perfect for us. Only wish there was air conditioning.

Me and my family stayed here and we loved it. It is super close to everything. More importantly its close to oceanside beach and lego land which is why we came to visit. The apartment is great . Thank you scott.

Cathedral ceilings made the condo feel quite spacious. Very clean. Comfy beds. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The hall closet was filled with surfer/beach appropriate stuff. Condo laundry was clean and operates via the Pay Range app. Covered parking! Easy access to I-5. Very pleased!

Really enjoyed our 7 day stay in this Oceanside condo. Scott was very responsive and answered quickly when we had a few minor questions and requests. Great location close to the beach and amenities.

The perfect vacation. It was great being close to the beach and having access to pickle ball courts and a swimming pool. The beds were comfortable. It was an awesome stay - thank you!

Nice place but... needs: new can opener, coffee table is dangerously broken and microwave stove light is missing. Great dog friendly rental.

Nice property-convenient to Oceanside beach and other fun activities

I really hate the thought of writing any bad reviews, but the owner sent me a message that was not cool. So I'm just going to share my experience with any future guests looking at this listing. When we arrived to the unit, the first thing we noticed was that it smelled like dirty dogs had just left. The apartment was musky, and humid. I had to open all the windows to get some fresh air in the place. I will say that it was a cute apartment. My son went to try and shower in the main bedroom and the shower had no running water. The sinks and toilet worked, but not the shower. We went to the other bathroom and it was the same issue. I called the host and I was very pleasant and kind, not even upset. I reached out to address an issue at the property hoping someone could come take a look and fix it. He stated it was too late to get someone out to the unit, which I completely understood. He mentioned that previous guests from the month prior had the same issue with the shower but it was "fixed". I sent him photos and tried all the suggestions that he gave. Now, when a host tells you to lift, push, and pull to get the water to come out of the shower/bath, then that's a bad sign. I'm not going to be liable for breaking a fixture! I shouldn't have to do magic tricks to turn on the water just to shower! I thought our conversations were cordial with some empathy and understanding from the owner. Not once did I get angry or say anything mean/rude. I even followed up with the owner/host because I couldn't stop thinking about it and I felt bad about calling him to bring up the shower issues. Then I felt bad asking for a refund since I couldn't force myself and my family to stay there since we could not shower and get settled in. He did agree to refund me and said he understood my concerns and it was ok to cancel the stay. The owner was so rude and condescending. He stated that since I had 5 adults (1 was my disabled son) with my party, and why couldn't one of us manage to get the shower working. Are we in maintenance and required to fix issues on someone else's property, that we could be liable for, if something breaks? If I left if and never said anything, who gets charged? ME!!! He accused me of being dishonest to get out of the rental. He said i pulled the knob out of the wall. Why would I even lie about this stuff? His response was petty, nasty, and rude. His wife was probably in his ear. Sorry Scott. You accused me, so I'm putting you on blast.

We had an amazing stay. Great place.

The room as you walked in smelt like rotting crab/fish( was in contact with owner and he was willing g to come clean carpets), dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty hand towel in kitchen, food in the fridge food crumbs on the kitchen floor, and trash still in the bedroom trash can. Recent untouched food stains in the living room carpet. We got to the condo late at night and went straight to bed however I spend an hour cleaning in the morning once we got up just so I felt better. I

The condo was very comfortable and located conveniently to many places. There was plenty of sleeping options and a nicely stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. My only complaint would be that the owner suite bathroom shower did not drain, so it felt like showering in the Titanic. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend to family and friends.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large family. I would say that the only drawback that we encountered was that while yes, there is a window AC unit in the dining room area, there is no central AC. When we arrived the AC was off so despite it being a mid 70's day outside, it took quite awhile to cool the condo down. I would also add that if you are sleeping in the open area or the guest bedroom, then those can stay fairly cool, but if you are sleeping in the master bedroom, you will want to have the door open so that the AC can flow into the room and the fans on. Otherwise it will not cool down well. Overall though, the host was great and the condo met our needs. There was also beach chairs/toys, etc. provided which was nice. We would stay here again.

This property was just right, great location to the beach, highway and downtown Oceanside. And the property manager was so great. I really njoy my stay at this property.

We had a nice and comfortable stay . The place is spacious and well decorated . We just wished that there was a brita pitcher to filter our drinking water so we did not have to make a separate trip to the grocery store for bottled water . Overall , we will stay here again !

In the pictures showed bunk beds when we got there there were no bunk beds so sleeping arrangements were difficult. The house was very hot it took a very long time for it to cool down we went to purchase a few more fans so it could cool down faster it knda helped .... It's in a dog friendly apartment Complex I'm totally cool with dogs but when they're chasing after you when you're trying to go back to your apartment in the evening is not a fun thing. But other then that the stay was ok....

Host was easy to contact and fast to respond. Unit is in a quiet complex in the old part of Oceanside. Great price for the location. We had a great time.

Right when we got there, I pulled the blankets back to check all the sheets. All of them had hair. I sent pictures and videos to the owner and later on that night, he had bought us brand new sheets from the store and brought them for us to put on. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. I couldn’t get comfortable while feeling dirty. When the boys walked into their room, the nails in the seam of the doorway, they stepped on the nails that were poking up. I didn’t realize until after my booking that he allows animals, which is probably why one of the couch edges was torn up. There is no air conditioner in the unit, there was no bunkbeds like posted on the photo, we got eaten up by mosquitoes while we slept, The pans that were provided have scratched Teflon, and there were open bags of chips and candies that were left, and clipped with a chip bag clip. I am not quite sure why food from previous owners that had been opened was still there. When we left I was looking for extra trash bags and there were none. I messaged the owner if he had any and I never got a response. There was one roach in the kitchen. I also was trying to clean the dishes that we used and there was a used sponge probably from the housekeeper. I don’t know about anybody else but I don’t want to use a sponge if I don’t know where it’s been. There was no new sponges underneath the cabinet that I could possibly use. Overall, we did not enjoy the stay. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. This review is not letting me leave photos otherwise I would leave photos of the sheets.
