Apartment is big and is divided well, two separate bedrooms and large living room so that we all had enough space. Well situated from the lake and train station so that it was easy to get to without a car

Perhaps a few cleaning utensils would have been nice. Also there is a washing machine in the cellar we were unaware of

Der Ort war schön Der Parkplatz war inklusive. Ein Kamin ohne Holz ist irgendwie ein wenig witzlos, passt aber zu dem Konzept.

Der Check In war eine Tortur. Wie üblich habe ich ganz normal auf Booking die Unterkunft gebucht. Die Bezahlung wurde per Kreditkarte reserviert. Vor Ort angekommen rief ich die Unterkunft an, jedoch war das nicht so einfach diese zu erreichen. Ich sollte in einer ewiglangen Nachricht nach einem Bezahllink suchen. Den konnte ich jedoch nicht finden. Der Code des Schlüssels Tresor konnte mir auch nicht einfach über eine Booking Nachricht zugeschickt werden. Alles wurde immer sehr kompliziert gehalten statt. Alles in allem waren es 5 Telefonate und bestimmt 1 Stunde warten bis sie den Code weitergaben.

Everything was as new, clean and comfortable

A bit strange system of communication using numerous sms and email, too much for short stay. we requested early check-in, but approval came next day, when we were already checked in. check-out is early, seems so much time for cleaning (from 10am till 16), would be nicer to have a good sleep during vacation.

All clean and comfortable. Well equipped for family.

Excelent location, appartment was clean, the bed was really comfortable and one can get a really nice view to the stars on the main bedroom.

loved the decor and the thought to the furnishings - bed sheets etc, cushions. good quality cutlery and crockery. the log burner was such a lovely treat

could have been some basic consumables - washing powder. some basic provisions would be good.
