There are 2 TVs (we do not have cable - but all major streaming apps are loaded with many shows and movies of your choosing). There is a spacious sunroom full of books and toys that opens up to a large covered back porch with a concrete pad for grilling and a spacious enclosed back yard, perfect for the little ones! We are right in the heart of Madison City, in very close proximity to the interstate leading you swiftly to Huntsville International Airport, Downtown Madison and Huntsville, the Space and Rocket Center, Towne Madison and the Trash Pandas stadium, Orion amphitheater, the VBC, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, the Botanical Gardens, and many state parks and hiking trails, and local breweries. We are within walking distance to Just Love Coffee, a soon-to-be icecream shop, many cute shops, Jack's Burgers and Fries, and Ace Hardware. We are a very short drive to several grocery stores, pharmacies, many local breweries, more cute shops, salons and spas, and outdoor shopping centers.

Our stay was quiet and restful. Any concerns we had were promptly answered. Great communication with host. House was very spacious and comfortable! We had everything we needed. We loved the bathroom decor and the kid space. Easy access instructions. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our first time trip to Huntsville.

The house had a very bad odor. It was dirty in the sink and tubs. Only 5 wash rags even though it supposed to sleep 11 people. There were broken sockets and fire came out when I plugged my charger. Also broken window and no blinds up in the dining room, where the broken window was. We were only there for 36 hours but for over $500 you would expect cleanliness, not sour smell through the house and all the broken stuff. Also the pictures showed more beds and places to sleep which were not accurate and also complimentary coffee but it was not single serve, it was used with no telling whose hands had been in it and on top of that all hygiene and toilet paper were already used as well. Typically in other short term rentals I stayed in they were packaged and brand new to open. We had our own but was still taken back by that.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. As pictured. Home needs instruction manual with TV and check out directions. Couldn't get TV stick to work. Log in was locked. Arrived for a 3 night weekend stay and outside garbage can was full. Pulled it to street hoping for City pick up, not knowing the schedule. Home could use indoor pest service. Spiders in ceiling corners.

Great location, nice house, easy to get comfortable in. No problems with communications with owners. In a perfect world, the kitchen could of had a better supply of pots and pans but we still were able to cook dinner for our crew and had fun doing it.

I rented this property to have one place for my family to stay for my sons university graduation. It was so nice to have a home to celebrate in. The place was just as advertised with a fenced yard for the younger members to play in, good parking and space for us all to visit and relax. This was a good choice for our family celebration.

This home is very clean, and well-maintained. There is ample space in the house, as well as in the backyard. We were visiting family, so we didn’t spend much time at the house while in Madison. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for my family and I to stop overnight! Clean and great area! Everything we needed and more. My little ones were especially excited to find a room with toys. Owner was most hospitable and great at communicating. Definitely would stay here again :)

My family and I loved the home, pictures didn’t do it justice!It was beautiful and very cozy. Emily was awesome, she replied back quick and answered any questions that I had. We will be reserving with Emily in the near future ❤️

Nice place, great location, clean, Plenty of parking for a VRBO place per say, Emily is taking the extra mile, above and beyond to make sure everything is ok and accordingly, reason why I'm going back again for a second time. Above the expectations might the the right words to describe.

This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say Emily was a fantastic host. She was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed we stayed for 2 weeks and had other friends family join us for Thanksgiving. Our kids adored the playroom,backyard, and watching the train go by. For us as parents it was so nice to have a large space vs a hotel to stay in while we visited family.

The property is in a very poor condition, it has a musty/old smell, it is unclean. The ceiling fan light is missing the pull string so you can’t turn on that light. The bunk bed room window has no blind/curtain, when I told the property manager/ owner she said it was left like that on purpose to let natural light in, really? The sheets in the master bed were not changed from the prior guests and human hair as well as dog hair was present, the exterior trash bins were full from the previous visit. But the worst part was the cleanliness and the property manager’s not acknowledging my complaints seriously. Finally, the property address was not revealed to me until a couple of days prior for security reasons. That makes no sense at all. Anyway, my guest and I were so happy to get out of there and will never trust this company again. I have pictures to prove what I am talking about.

Overall, the property was nice, pretty clean, very spacious, and generally a quiet neighborhood; except the dogs next door and the train in the distance. A few more upgrades (kitchen, patio cushions, holes side of house backyard garage…) before I’d give an excellent, A more detailed listing of items in the kitchen would have been helpful, to prevent over packing. Master bathroom shower stall pretty small but functional. Madison, Alabama was convenient to a lot of great shopping, eating, and sites. This place was conveniently located.

We rented this adorable place for some family friends that were coming in for my daughters wedding. Emily was an excellent host that stayed in contact with me and quickly responded to any questions I had. I did not personally visit the home but my friends said it was beautiful!

This home is immaculate and welcoming. Walking in with 7 children to a bonus room stocked with toys was fantastic after a long drive! The covered back porch and fenced in back yard made chasing fire flies at night extra special. In An established lovely neighborhood that was literally minutes and walking distance to restaurants and groceries was nice. We were less than 10 miles from the US Space and Rocket Museum. The owner was responsive and kind beyond expectation. We plan to come back to the Huntsville area later this summer and will not even consider another property. This will be our place to stay!

This was perfect for our family (with three small children and my parents, too!). The hosts have done an excellent job choosing furnishings that are comfortable (especially the beds!) and soothing. Highlights were the great toy room (the kids LOVED IT!), spacious layout, meticulously clean spaces, beautiful and convenient area. Emily was easy to communicate with and helpful recommending some great restaurants. We hope to return to visit the space museum and look forward to staying here again! Many thanks!!
