We are just 2.5 miles from I-75 and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, closet, Roku TV, and a private full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a large closet, and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle bed. This bedroom also features a closet and Roku TV. Bedroom 4 is on the second story with a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the canal. This is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and some yoga! A desk, office chair and closet are also located in this room. Please note: this room is airconditioned by a window unit A/C. All other rooms use central heating and cooling. Both bathrooms include a shower-tub, toilet, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels, wash cloths, and beach towels are provided. The large living room features a sectional sofa and a smart TV. Roku is provided in 3 bedrooms, however, you will need to use your own log in/account. High speed Wifi is also provided. Bringing little ones? We provide plastic dishware, a highchair, and pack n play. The home also has additional safety locks on 3 exterior doors as well as basic alarms on 3 doors for added child safety. Additionally, there are 2 small step downs within the house to access the living room and breakfast nook/backdoor. An electronic door keypad is used to access the house. For added security, our codes are changed for each group of guests. The yard and dock are under 24 hour active video surveillance. Our security system consists of a Wyze doorbell on the front door, a Wyze camera facing the front of the house and yard, and a Wyze camera facing the backyard/dock area. The house also has working fire alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and an interior noise monitoring device (Minut). The noise monitoring device monitors decibels of noise in the home, not conversations.
