Share family-style meals at the six-person dining table. A quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a popular destination for snowbirds and seabirds that boasts an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, the area is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S. Things to Know Construction will be ongoing on the property from August 1 through January 31, 2025. Balconies will be unavailable and there will be noise, vibrations, and inconveniences. Work will happen from 8 a.m. until about 3:30 p.m. Some days may last later. The pool will be closed when they are working on a specific stack during this time. We do not have the exact dates yet. Sliding glass doors will be closed from the exterior and not able to be opened. The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests. Cabana and lounge chair rentals are available in front of the complex. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
