Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants. Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous granite counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Fix a drink at your private Tiki bar while dinner simmers. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite. Things to Know Construction in this complex is currently underway. Outdoor balconies are being repaired/restored and the building's exterior is being repainted. The project is estimated to last into 2025, though it could last longer. During this time, construction noises may be audible during working hours on weekdays. The project will be completed in phases, and this unit may have its balcony locked off and unusable while work is being done on it. There may also be times the pool is closed due to safety reasons. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved everything.was so comfortable and cozy and had everything you need right there. Right on the beach!! Just needed better drainage with the showers.

The condo it self is better in person than w a picture. the size was perfect for my husband and 2, 18 year old daughters. the Oceanview was breath taking - just amazing. we also over looked the pool which was fun. very family friendly. everyone was decent. the easy access to the beach was awesome. we rented a cabana for the week. a must. the location was great right in between everything. easy 10-15min drive to shopping - 5 minutes to many restaurants. they offer shuffleboard and a grilling station if needed off of the pool. the over all place is a tad older but they are doing renovations. We had a lovely time - better than expected. lots of dishware and glass ware, beach chairs and towels if needed. a few spices. short on dish towels, we purchased a few to leave. plenty of bath towels. - Enjoy!

Condo was clean, comfortable and a great beach location.
Twice, there was a water main break in our building and we had no water. Communication with VACASA was very difficult. I spoke with 3 different representatives who all promised to call me back with info, and none of them did. The on-site rental company could not help me, because I had not rented from them. I asked for a credit and have not had a response. I will not rent from a VACASA managed property again.

Sanibel has been our go to place for over 35 years. Ian changed that! Accordingly, literally after the hurricane I searched for a substitution. I found this place in that process. There is a saying that a beautiful beach view can cure most issues. That proved to be true. The unit was very clean, dated in its furniture for the most part, (but what condo isn’t!) but the bed was very comfortable and master shower was quite nice. However, there were problems. The lanai furniture was on it’s last legs, the ceiling fan did not work, and the kitchen was not furnished for even simple meals. No frying pan at all, no can opener, and most disappointing, a nonfunctioning faucet at the kitchen sink! To coin a phrase, how many days or people does it take to fix a sink, the answer would be 5 days and 3 techs! Armondo was our third plumber who knew what was needed to get owner approval so he could replace the faucet on day 5 as well as provided the necessary cookware etc. 5 days was a little much (over 20 % of our stay) but as I say, the beautiful beach and sunsets can cure many ills. Would we return? Now that we know the repairs and improvements were made, the answer is yes. Also, a few bucks thrown at the lanai would really be a nice touch!

Absolutely loved the condo and location. We had a wonderful time. The morning view is breath taking. Seen dolphins almost every morning.

The beach and the water was very nice, we used the chair service at the beach mostly for the umbrella but it was nice to have good chairs to use too. The building is a bit older. The one elevator was very slow and we maybe would have chosen a lower floor because of this. The balcony furniture was comfortable enough but the air conditioner was blowing hot air on us and was pretty noisy but we made it work. The pay washer/dryer on each floor was ok, but we've been pretty spoiled by having one in our unit that is much more convenient. It would have been nice to have a few more dish towels to use during our stay. All these were little things, but overall the condo was very nice! It was pretty clean and quiet, the beds, couches and other furniture was comfortable and we liked the tiki bar in the room too. We fished from dock across the street and that was a fun thing to have available to use also!

Great location, wonderful beach, clean facility, all you could need for a weekend stay or 1 week stay. More than enough room, 4 people in our stay with 2 grown kids. Great spots to eat near by all in walking distance. Would stay again no problem.

The condo was great and well furnished, the building clean and cared for, the beach was perfect. However the TeemingVR made 2 week vacation not very nice. We requested a few repairs one of which was the oven didn`t work and it took a week to fix it, when the repair man arrived the oven was repaired in one hour we wasted food we needed the oven to cook. Emailed TeemingVR with my concerns after we left but only a THANK YOU FOR YOUR EMAIL response nothing else after one week. I would recommend the condo but books thru www.FloridaBest.com not TeemingVR

We enjoyed this condo with my parents. Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Large balcony with great view of pool, beach, and ocean. Owners and management group both responded quickly on check in and questions. We loved our week and would definitely come back.

We had a great vacation! Loved the beach decor and view from the balcony. We really liked that the beach wasn’t crowded, like other beaches we’ve visited and we were just a short drive to many restaurants, stores and attractions. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach
Wonderful views from porch. Beautiful condo with more than you could want for kitchen amenities. Electronic locks, so no key carrying and easy access to elevators. Loved it !!

The best part of this condo... the view! It is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings were comfortable and the condo was well equipped. I would recommend a few things for future travelers. Bring your own beach towels unless you want to pay to launder them before you leave. Double check with the listing agency about parking. There was never an attendant available at the property office during our stay to give us a parking pass. We were asked to create our own. Other than these 2 things, we would definitely recommend this property. It was a lovely stay for our family!

The best part of this condo... the view! It is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings were comfortable and the condo was well equipped. I would recommend a few things for future travelers. Bring your own beach towels unless you want to pay to launder them before you leave. Double check with the listing agency about parking. This unit needs a kettle. The property manager was unable to secure one for our stay. We like hot tea. Had to boil water in a pot.
Needed to bring a dishcloth/microfibre as they only provided a sponge Hard to clean spills with a sponge.
Don’t know why but the tile floors made bare feet black. I am wondering if it has something to do with the salt in the air. But it washed off easily.
Other than these very minor issues everything was excellent!! Property managers very attentive to our requests!

We enjoyed this Condo and location , it was right on the beach and the beaches were not crowded . The condo was very nice and stocked well. The only issue is that both bed were VERY FIRM and were comfortable for us .

Great stay, very comfortable and relaxing. This condo had everything we needed. Well furnished kitchen. Beach towels were furnished, so we didn’t have to bring any. That helped since we were flying here.

Great stay, very comfortable and relaxing. This condo had everything we needed. Well furnished kitchen. Beach towels were furnished, so we didn’t have to bring any. That helped since we were flying here.
Loved that the beach was just steps away with a bathroom by the pool/beach area. It does seem like an older complex, but they were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. we have been staying on Pinellas beaches for 40 some years so we like the location very much. condo pretty well stocked except dish washer soap and trash bags. size wise the place was just right for the two of us and some company we had when they came. for me however there was just too many negatives. the view was skewed by the building itself and you couldn't tell that from the pictures on line. very very noisy; because of the tile floors the sound from above would just flood our condo any time someone moved a piece of furniture (which happened alot and at any time of day). also our condo was right above the pool - the kids screamed all day long! these are things the condo owner has no control over; i get that. the grilling place was a total wreck - it couldn't be used just disgusting. the condo has old uncomfortable furniture. it needs a good coat of paint and the walls are bubbling specially above the sliding glass doors where there is a water leak when it rains hard. noise echoes thru out the building; because of the way it is constructed, (not relaxing). i am bringing up some things that may be out of the condo owners control but they are worth mentioning for the next victim. the one elevator was not working several times and there is Not Ample Parking and No parking for Guest. sorry not worth the Money to me........ and we had "Red Tide" on top of all that. not unusual for August
