Upea ja tyylikäs huoneisto, uima-allas ja terassi kokonaisuudessaan, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palvelut lähellä. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti.

Clean and cozy. Good location, not far from the centre but you're on the main road to all directions very quickly. Very friendly staff, especially the host herself.
There's a cafe on the ground level of the building, you can get good coffee and breakfast there before whatever you have planned that day. There is a restaurant next door as well.
For some reason, to a minor degree, we thought that the house was thin-walled. To be fair, we might be a little spoiled in that regard.

Moderne und neue Ferienwohnung, die absolut hervorragend ist. Lage am Rand vom Kalamata mit Blick auf das Meer und einer guten Ausstattung. Für unser Kind wurde ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt und da wir vorab nach einem Kinderstuhl gefragt hatten, wurde dieser extra angeschafft. ☺️ Zudem wird das Zimmer täglich gereinigt, was für eine Ferienwohnung sonst eher unüblich ist - sogar inkl. Küche und Aufwasch, insofern vorhanden. Es gab auch direkt ein Café, das mit zu der kleinen Anlage gehörte mit gutem Brot, belegten Brötchen und Kaffee. Also wir können Petrichor uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
An mancher Stelle sind die Kabel unverputzt und hängen aus der Wand, unterhalb des Fernsehers waren die Steck- und Netzwerkdosen quasi freiliegend und ohne klassische Abdeckung. Mit Kleinkind nicht ganz unproblematisch.

Location is superb. Quiet area with good sea view and city view. Staff are helpful and always active. Comple kitchen utilities and tools( coffee maker, cuttleries. Mugs,glasses, cooks etc.
No mosquito net door, still on progress acc to management. Weak lights on vanity areas. No reception area.

Very nice place,for us was perfect. Not far away is beautiful restorane Kastraki-Meteoro. Very recommendate. Room was clean every day. In the room was coffe and sugar, this is super good.

things are breaking. sun beds desperately need replacing and part of the shower fell off when I was in there.

Sometimes the hotel is not really as you see it on the photos. However Petrichor is much nicer than you see on the photos. It is very modern with a lot of light coming in. We had a very big very comfortable room. The equipment of the room was very complete. The bar downstairs where you can have breakfast is really nice. Which we stayed there longer than just one night.

Perfect room with sea view! The bakery next to a room has wonderful pastries and breads. Definetely a must-try breakfast option. Bathroom walls were also quite remarkable, all same colors, natural tones and comfortable to stand on (floor only).
Location is a bit tricky. Street has no numbers, so its just a street and you have to guess where this place is along the long street. We got our rental scratched in upper district by local dogs, because google maps misguided us. Be aware of that and type in the exact name of the place instead of the address to get accurate directions.

Both the room and the location were amazing! The view is very beautiful, the pool was nice (if you don't want to swim laps) and the room was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Also the owner was kind and even though there is no reception, their shop is open from the morning till the evening. So no problem at all with checking in.
Since we were here in October and we were not too lucky with the weather, it would have been even better if the seating area was covered. There is a roof, but it doesn't stop the rain. However, when it rained we sat outside in front of the doors of the room and stayed exactly dry.

Beautiful landscape with panoramic view of the city, relaxing atmosphere, everything is brand new and comfortable. Decoration of the rooms was second to none. Infinity pool was not huge but had great views. There is a café/bakery on ground floor that serves nice coffee but what really amazed us was the dessert (chocolate mousse). Great value for money. We will definitely return.

Great Location and Great Value! Friendly Staff and Easy Checkin Process! Bonus was the most perfect view of Kalamata Bay and the city of Kalamata. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
The previous guest had left a half of a pizza in the oven. Housekeeping must have overlooked it but that was probably because they were so busy cleaning the rest of the place because it was spotless and shining!
