Lovely clean comfortable house in great location . All looked very new & was very spacious for us all. Really quiet leafy location but easy to get bus to Sutton Coldfield or walk to a local shop for essentials Host very easy to contact & very flexible for us. A great place to stay😊
Just that it could do with a few more mugs & forks, not enough for 8 occupants. Or dining chairs either.

The location of the property was perfect for an event at NEC that myself and friends attended.
The actual house was spotless had everything that you could possibly need for a short break. Every bedroom was furnished to a high standard tv in every room, bath towels that were of a good quality. Lee made sure that everything you could possibly need was their down to information for a temporary doctor. Would definitely stay their again.
