La terrasse et la vue

La douche car colone de douche cassée et plafond délabrée , poussièreux , le faux gazon de la terrasse arracher donc pour une prestation de 100€ la nuit , je trouve que cet légèrement haut par rapport a la prestation donner

Tout. La chambre sent la cigarette froide. Trés bas de gamme le mobilier. La literie médiocre. La couette pleines de taches de vous ne voulez pas savoir c'est quoi. L'eau chaude met 10mn a venir. L'évier est cassé. La robineterie branlante et très sale. Il fait un froid de canard dans la salle de bain...

L'emplacement en face de la mer et la vue de la terrasse dans la chambre. La charmante véranda (qui doit être une fournaise l'été...).

Le prix (72 euros par nuit) n'est pas du tout en accord avec la prestation fournie. La terrasse est vieillissante, les chambres également, La salle de bains est propre mais vieillotte. Si la chambre était à moitié prix l'hiver, tout cela serait acceptable mais pas à 72 euros la nuit. L'ambiance du lieu n'est pas conforme aux clichés du site. Ce n'est pas charmant. C'est bien placé mais en décrépitude. Le coin dit "patio", qui n'en est pas un mais une véranda qui mériterait une bonne déco comme tout le reste de l'aménagement.

Pas de parking on a payé au fur et à mesure.... Environ 30 € pour 2 jours. Pas de petit déj. Il se prend à côté en terrasse. Très belle vue. Pas cher, vu qu nous étions en octobre. Nous avons adore la déco. rétro. Dommage que l hotel est vendu et risque D être ré-amenagé ! On a adoré la petite véranda. Très bien isolé, vue mer. Personnel sympa. Propre

Except for the view there's nothing to like about this place.

Do NOT stay there. The entire property smells. There's no wifi. We had to vacate the property within 30 minutes because it triggered my partner's lung disease, leaving him coughing within minutes of arrival. There's something fundamentally off. I was certain the bed had mites (old blankets or pillows perhaps), because my nose shut as soon as my head touched the bed. The hotel lobby (and bar???) was deserted. The "business" is handled in the fast food restaurant above which the hotel rooms sit. They serve primarily fries and pizza, it smells of old oil. The first waitress just told us to wait for another hour, when we asked about the hotel check in. Another then checked us in. What we had failed to do (because traveling non stop) is to check the current listings, the place was empty and prices had dropped to almost half of what they were charging us. We were the ONLY ONES in the place. Do NOT TRUST THE PICTURES. How they ended up with 30 square meters for our place is a miracle. The hotel is completely OVERPRICED. The owner mocked us when we presented our health concerns, claiming no one had ever complained about our issues -- as if that made a difference. Given recent reviews, we contest that claim. I requested booking to look into this listing. We simply could not stay for medical reasons. The owner just shrugged, wouldn't believe our concerns, mocked our French (I'm fluent whereas he and his staff did not know any or simply refused to speak English) and then rejected our cancellation, charging us for full five days. It's a dump, a sleazy place. And mind you, there is NO internet. I'm still fighting booking to get our money back, which they promised to handle but now tried to shut us up with a ridiculous Euro 75 "reward." This is an insult. We found a different listing nearby, and did not leave La Ciotat as such -- we had a pleasant stay but a terrible start and possible the end of our commitment to booking.

the staff was unfriendly when we got there. there was no one in the “reception” (which looked more like a storage place). Everyone was outside drinking and chatting and it felt like we were disturbing them by wanting to check in. The AC didn’t work properly so it was too warm. the balcony had no pillows on the chairs so it was uncomfortable to sit there and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
