We just ask that you please put the lid back on the hot tub after use and follow the hot tub protocol listed in the manual. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! There will not be garage access. *The indoor fireplace switches on and off by using the light switch. *The grill is natural gas. To turn on, flip the yellow handle vertical. After use, please make sure to turn off gas by flipping yellow handle horizontal. *The hot tub is cleaned and balanced after every checkout. It will be set to eco mode. To heat up (max 104), simply: Press the up arrow until temperature blinks, then immediately press the light button. Repeat again and this will flash the letters St (standard) and will heat the tub quickly. Before leaving please cover the hot tub and return to eco mode following the same steps as above only repeating 1x.
