House offers a great experience on welcoming and it is well prepared for many guests, as it has lots of rooms and it’s pretty spacious. We was only a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness of some areas of the house. But overall a great experience.

Checked in and the building central alarm and all fire alarms kept going off. Spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone with VACASA property manager and they were going to send someone out to silence them. At 9 pm they said no one could come until tomorrow. No one came all weekend. Internet wasn’t connected so there was no Wi-Fi or TVs. They told me that this was an issue with the cable company and there was nothing that could be done about it. Game room was filthy with dead bugs everywhere and even a dead bird on the windowsill. Beds were adequate but the house smelled damp and musty.

House was very spacious. Utensils a d pits were very unorganized though and just thrown on a shelf. Drapes in dining room were broken and half hung . Grill was filthy as if it was never cleaned . Wifi worked first day and then you could not access it
