Very good location, new hotel. Very pleasant security staff as well as lady called Souad.

Upon check in we’ve learnt that there is a concert going on in the ground floor restaurant. Lady at the reception named Haja extremely unwelcoming. We did not feel welcomed at all! We’ve been assigned a room right above the restaurant where the gig was taking place. It was extremely noisy. I went downstairs to complain and request room change - no apologies, no smile. Been told performance will finish at 22:00 (it finished at 22:30). It was 6pm - i expressed that I want to sleep in the room I paid for after 9 hours of driving regardless of what time it’ll finish. No apologies, just card thrown on the counter with new room number.

The oroperty is located right next to Kenitra station, this has many shops and cafes within it. the hotel facilities are amazing from spa, breakfast and the service from the staff in the hotel.

Very close to train station.

We paid for our room online and when we arrived they asked for my credit card and charged me again. When I told him I already paid he quickly credited my card with no question. I felt as if he knew what he did but was hoping I wouldn't notice. Also the toilet would not flush .

The hotel is new, very elegant and clean, the restaurant is very varied, good quality, with a wide choice of dishes, the room is comfortable and has everything you need, especially the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, I recommend it.!!!

Best breakfast buffet by a mile! Hotel has parking and a lift and was just what we needed for a one night stay. Good WiFi and large room.

It's a little expensive by Morocco standards and although there is a lift to the rooms upstairs, a cumbersome ramp is required to get in and out the hotel and into the breakfast room/restaurant which was a bit of a pain for a wheelchair user

Nearly everything is perfect, the staff are great. Please...get your bar operational, and I'd really like to see a room service menu. Otherwise I'll see you on my next trip.

What an exceptional experience I have had in Urban hotel. Super friendly staff, receptionists, house keeping employees.. The receptionists Fatima and Zaynab have given me advices about the cities and where to go, they have been super helpful in the hotel itself too, they keep asking you if you're satisfied and happy in their hotel. The room itself is big enough with a comfy bed, locker and a TV... As you would expect, the housekeeping changes the bed sheets, towels, cleans the room and even organize your stuff. I'm really impressed. The breakfast was diverse with enough options to pick up from, staff is smiling and welcoming you. Aya in particular was making my coffee with a big smile and such an elegant attitude. I even have met the manager, such a humble man and he would also do anything to make sure his customers having a great experience. If you're picky like me, this hotel is for you! I would definitely stay there again if I happen to come to Kenitra one more time.

It was my first time visiting morrocow and I am glad I did , what makes my vacation beautiful is urban hotel spa. Very clean and secure and excellent customer service, specially the front desk everyone is very helpful and easy . But the best service I got is from mariam. The reasons I remember her name is because she was very professional . Urban hotel and spa will be for sure my choice for my next visit to morrocow.

New hotel so still some services not available like fitness, spa, no alcohol at the bar. Not enough water pressure in the shower.

Coming after 2 weeks in morocco compared to other accommodations this was heaven. Everything was spot clean, hot water in the shower. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too. With Booking.com genius we ado got an amazing deal so staying here wasn’t too expensive. Great position to visit the city. very close to the Ville and 30min walk to the old medina.
