Our 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath Villas bring you 2,000 square feet of finely appointed interior living space, with a ground level patio and individual sundeck terrace. A large stunning brick dome encompasses your main living space where a carved cantera fireplace and large sliding windows frame your view. Just steps from the beach, you will appreciate the rich flavor of the arched wooden doors, granite and stone countertops and showers, and the fully appointed kitchen. Step out to your patio where you will find a gas BBQ station, large hot tub and an outdoor beach shower. The sundeck is a great place to soak in some rays or enjoy the amazing sunsets and star-filled skies. Wooden garage doors open top your 2-car garage where a full-sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience. After your arrival, you will have a short drive thru the resort down to the private drive of this beautiful villa. LIVING As you enter through the double doors you will be entranced with the beauty of the brick dome ceiling , where you can gather with friends and family in front of the arcadia doors to the patio. KITCHEN The kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. A bar top with four comfy stools. It also comes with a coffee maker, blender and toaster. GRANDE MASTER SUITE King Bed with luxury linens, Armoire with Flat Screen Television & Direct TV, , private attached full bathroom with double vanity ,private water closet, custom rounded shower with architectural glass door, custom closet with ample storage space. Jacuzzi is located just off this room on the patio. GUEST MASTER SUITE This secondary master suite is opposite side the Grande Master Suite. We enjoyed Cathy's Villa greatly! We spend time with friends and family and will be back again! The kitchen was sooo well stocked, the house was clean and everything was wonderful!

We have stayed at several of the villas at Bella Sirena and this villa was far and above the nicest and most family functional one we have stayed. The villa is welcoming and well decorated. Having air conditioning units in each of the rooms was a major bonus. We loved that there were beach towels to use and the third bedroom with the bunk beds was amazing for all the kids making it the perfect villa for 2 families. We will be fighting with our friends to book this villa in the future as it really is the best villa at Bella Sirena.

This villa is situated perfectly within the resort. Close to the beach and the many pools the resort offers. Cathy was very easy to work with and made sure we felt right at home. The accommodations in this villa has everything you need for your vacation. It was very difficult to leave it was so wonderful! Thank you Cathy!

We have been vacationing at the Bella sirena for the last 5 years. We have stayed in different accommodations within this resort each time. This house is one of our favorites so far. Beautiful decor, great loacation, well stocked and great communication from the owners. We will definitely look to rent this one again.

The Villa was beautiful and located just a short walk to the beach and pool. The hot tub at the Villa was the perfect place to end our evenings when the weather got a little chilly. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children and everyone enjoyed their stay and there was plenty of space for us all. We had 1 problem with the TV working (World Cup time or else we wouldn’t have even needed a TV) we contacted the lister, maintenance came right out and it was fixed that day, Thanksgiving Day at that. Highly recommend this villa for any stay, any time of year, for any amount of time.

This place was simply perfect! I had booked it for my sister's bachelorette weekend, which was a rather tame one given that she was the only one not married and we are all well into our thirties. The property was simply gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and festive. It truly was the perfect backdrop for our festivities!
Also, Cathy connected us to a wonderful private chef, Julio, and he was especially accommodating to individuals with dietary restrictions. His food and service was first class, and I would certainly contact him in the future when we return.
It was worth it to pay the extra $70 odd dollars to use the jacuzzi, as it was rather cold to get into the ocean when we stayed. The rooftop was HUGE and private, and I only wish we had used it more often. The place's proximity to Wrecked at the Reef is SUPER close, and made for a very fun stay!
The beds were comfortable, the living area was enormous and functional, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. If you have any hesitations, just stop yourself and book now! I can't wait to get a big group together in the future and return :)

We absolutely loved Bella Sirena as our rocky point destination

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with the benefit of privacy as well as use of Bella Sirena pools and restaurant. 1 min to beach. Ocean views lovely kitchen and plenty of ocean toys like kayak and paddle board. We will be back

LOVED IT !!!
We loved this Villa, it was amazing. We normally go to Rocky Point 3-5 times a year and have stayed at other resorts or private homes that we rent, this place by far exceeded our expectations and for sure will be coming back (hopefully soon). Everything was great, relaxed/care free atmosphere (as it should be), plenty of room for everyone, this Villa is super close to the pool (the pools; one of them being a pool bar) and the beach. The location of the Resort is also great, lots of security and people that work there are super nice. Just everything was perfect for us!!! Thank you Cathy and Tom for being super nice and available to answer our questions. Hope to be there again soon!!!

VILLA 13 vacations for the whole family
first of all, this villa was a great place to stay if you want to have a great time for your vacation. from begging to end just wonderful, the villa was a large place to stay with all the amenities you need and tools as well. no need for chairs or shade to go to the beach, all included. the beds and furniture were great and lots of light if you want it. your own private garage as you enter the villa plus lots more, outside living space as well as on top with view of the beach and the pools. lots of palm trees more than any place in rocky point, temperatures in pools were just great and bar has food snack and cocktails, for kids as well. our whole experience was awesome especially with scott and tom, scott handle an issue very quick and very efficient as well as tom. they were there in any problem or issue we might had. we are very thankful. we will be back again for sure, fyi. outside vendor drinkd were delicious, specially thr piña colada $10 for the whole pineapple plus a cup with alcohol included also the coconut drink mix with inside coconut for $12 really big and very tasteful. so highly recommended to everyone. till next time.

Beautiful villa at Bella Sirena
This is a beautiful and spacious unit. We loved the feel of being in our own house, with a ground floor patio, but then still having the perks of a resort (pools, grassy area for kids to play on). The unit itself is very well furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of towels for showering and the beach/pool. It's hard to suggest any improvements. Each bedroom (2 queens, one bunk room) had a gorgeous large bathroom either attached or right next door. The living room and dining room worked well for serving our group (2 families), and we loved the lounge furniture outside. We would happily return!

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. Spacious for all 7 of us, CLEAN, well-appointed, convenient to pools and the beach. We really couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely stay here again.
