Large covered & screened porch with dining and seating areas right outside the main living area's sliding glass doors. Downstairs, there's a heated canalfront pool, 45 feet of concrete dockage, gas grill, privacy fence, bait freezer, refrigerator and plenty of room to stash your gear.
