Nestled in Guntersville Lake, this charming house for $172 per night is a great option for your next trip. Short drive to lake and Sports Complex/Amphitheater. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 1.8 miles to BOAT RAMP on Beautiful Lake Guntersville. 5.5 miles from new Albertville SPORTS COMPLEX & Amphitheater. It's perfect the perfect location. Townhouse is in a safe quiet residential area less than 5 minutes to the water and less than 10 to the complex. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat and power hook ups. Back porch with grill and seating. Free WiFi. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The space This Airbnb is very clean and homey. Smart TVs in Living room and both bedrooms. Feel free to log into any of your streaming services on the tvs with the free wifi. All lamps throughout the house have usb plugs on their base to provide easier charging of smart devices. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the softest sheets and blankets along with large walk-in closets with plenty of hangers and vents to keep clothes smelling fresh. The couch has two recliners in it and we have an inflatable mattress that can be used in the living room, we store it in the master bedroom closet. Kitchen comes supplied with dishes, cups, cookware, pump hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry room has washer and dryer and comes with washing pods and dryer sheets. Private back porch with bench, chair and grill. We supply complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for the Keurig. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood just off of the main strip. Guest access Guest can access house via keyless entry keypad. Other things to note Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside the house. Absolutely no parties or events. If we get notified or suspect a party, your reservation will be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. We are a pet friendly Airbnb. Here are some rules we ask for you to follow: Limit 2 animals Please don’t let your pets outside without supervision Be sure to have them potty in the grass area, not on the concrete or porch. Please, Bag up the poop and place it in the outdoor trash container by front porch. Please do not allow pets to sleep on the beds If you must have your pet sleep with you, please bring your own bedspread for them to sleep on. This helps cut down on extra cleaning needed to get fur out of the bed spreads and sheets. Thank you so much for abiding by our pet rules. This was the first time that I or my friends had used VRBO. It was also the first time that we had stayed in Guntersville. Booking was super easy. Checking in easy breezy. Unit was exactly what was advertised --clean, cozy and comfy. We couldn't ask for more. We told our fishing guide about it, so he could recommend it to others. Great first experience!

This property was very clean and comfortable. It had a great layout . The room sizes and closets were really nice. The beds were comfortable so we all got the rest we needed from our long trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights over the weekend while in town for a family wedding. The house was very clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. We appreciated the air matress already being blown up. The neighborhood behind was also lovely to walk the dog around. Special thanks for Kendall for getting everything ready for us and letting us get in a bit early. Would definitely recommend other to stay here.

Loved this unit - the layout with the open living area and kitchen then the two bedrooms each with king beds and two bathrooms was perfect for us. We were located within 5 minutes from my brother and 5 minutes the other direction from the boat ramp. We brought our dog and the side roads were perfect for walking her. Will definitely rent again when visiting that area.

We stayed here for 2 nights, was a convenient location and our dog could stay with us which was a big plus. There really aren’t many places to stay in this area surprisingly, we were glad to find this one. The property owner communicated clearly and the property was clean and well appointed, everything worked properly. It was great having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes after swimming in Lake Guntersville. There were tons of dining opportunities close by as well. Also, the were TONS of fireflies in the woods behind the property, the kids loved seeing them.
