The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances. Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ. Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Owners of this cottage really care about their guest comfort. Well supplied kitchen. This is a guest house behind the main house and there are motion sensor lights which help to get to the door at night. The location is near downtown in a pleasant residential neighborhood. Check in was easy. Guests should be aware that the only dining table is located in a separate building just steps away. The television uses Roku which means you only have access to streaming services. The microwave has to be moved from a lower cupboard to be used.

We stayed one night and now we wish we would have stayed two. This place is so clean and in a great location. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. This property will be a repeat for us!

We really appreciated the extras… spices, coffee, bathroom extras, the info on Paso left in the property, etc. The home was adorable…updated, comfortable, clean, plenty of NICE towels. Great upgraded appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Centrally located. The only bummer was the dang weather. It rained the whole time…otherwise we would have definitely enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the firepit. We will definitely stay here again the next time we take a long weekend trip to wine country.

This is a gem of a place. Very clean, great amenities, easy communication with the hosts. The walk to downtown Paso is short and easy. We really loved it here and will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom place. Everything was as expected, hosts were easy to contact, place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. The kitchen was fine. Well equipped. But the heating system was terrible. We called the manager and told her that the house was cold. She came over when we were out, and told us she reset the three heat pumps. I went out and bought a temperature gauge. On Friday night it dropped to 30 degrees and the temperature in the living room was only 64 degrees even though the thermostats were all set to 78. It made no difference. Also the washing machine was had mould inside. So good and bad.

The property looked even better than it did in the listing. It’s easy walking distance to town. We shared this with another couple and we all had plenty of room. The outside spa was a nice bonus and the outside separate dining room was fun too. We had a little trouble figuring out the coffee makers but did eventually. The house was super clean and well equipped. We’ll be back

We loved our stay here. The house is perfect for two couples, with large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from downtown. Would definitely come back again.

Highly recommend. Place was exactly as described, clean, and kitted out extremely well with many nice touches including appliances, decor, supplies, and other amenities. Better than some luxury hotels. Amazing space for 2-4 Adults centrally located an easy 5-10 min walk to downtown Paso Robles shops, bars, and restaurants. Convenient to the highway as well for the plethora of wineries in the area. Great outdoor space with a firepit, grill, hot tub and ping pong table. Loved the Annex Dining Room for breakfast/lunch before a day of easy wine tasting in Paso Robles. Hosts were responsive, professional, and very pleasant. Highly recommend for a Paso Robles vacation.

We had a wonderful time in this little condo place. Just my wife and I so we had plenty of room. Nice laundry room and kitchen. We also loved the little fire pit…very private quite and cozy. Only small neg is the parking is a bit tight with a guest in the house up front. We had a great time is Paso Robles… would love to see a EV Charger or outdoor plug so we could charge our Hybrid rental car. Great place we will be back.

A great spot for a long weekend away! The walk to downtown is quick and easy- the house had everything we need and we even enjoyed cooking a few meals in and enjoying wine on the patio in the evenings. The property was stocked with everything we needed and then some and it was the perfect location for our family!

What a great property! Our hosts considered everything to make our stay special. The house is spotless and charming and the mid century modern decor is so much fun. Bathrooms and bedrooms are perfect and all the amenities the hosts left were special and appreciated. Great kitchen too. The location is ideal for walking to town and we enjoyed the games available for guests. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer as we were only passing through. Thank you so much for such a perfect place to stay. Cheers!!

This property has everything you would need to stay the week and cook at home. The kitchen is very well equipped. The amenities are great. Location is near both town center and the 101 on-ramp. The unit is small and would not be good for more than 4 people. The dining table is in the casita. We liked this feature. We had a problem with the internet (we inadvertently unplugged the router and modem) and contacted the owner. She returned our call quickly and let us know what to do. I recommend putting labels on the router and modem "Do Not Unplug". Parking is on the street.

Super perfect home away from home for a long winery weekend in Paso Robles. The property was everything we expected from the description. Beautiful, clean, private. Walkability to downtown was easy. What was fun was that there were many little 'extras' we came across during our stay that made our stay even more comfortable, such as unexpected amenities in the bathroom which were a lovely surprise. The hot tub and firepit were easy to use and thoroughly enjoyed. A nice way to relax further after wine tasting during the day. The owners' were quick to communicate and we appreciated that responsiveness. I plan to book again on a future trip to Paso Robles.

My dear friend and I traveled to Paso during spring break for some wine tasting. Found Leila's place and has been one of the best places we've ever stayed in!! and we've traveled a lot prior to covid. Just 1 block off of the main street and very walkable to everything in town. Inside the home was so up to date and wonderful appliances (ones that you would want for your own home) and clean. she did not forget anything! that you might need while away from home. The 2 bedroom & bath are separated one either side of home. The cutest dining area/casita, just 4 steps from front door. Very private and quiet. Just the BEST in every way that you could imagine. Thanks Leila we hope to return!

The house is very clean and well stocked what is appreciated esp. for short term stays. We had some cold days and it took some time to have the house warmed up. Having the dining room in a separate small building is what cumbersome on a cold morning, but being with 2 persons the Livingroom worked out. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great location near downtown Paso with many walkable restaurants, bars, breweries and wine tasting rooms. Easy access to both the East and west side wineries for tastings and tours. The Unit has high end finishes and appliances. The kitchen and living room are narrow but the dining room in the casita and fire pit are great areas to allow group socializing.
