Property was just as described, very clean, convenient and right by the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed for three nights with 4 adults and 2 young children in unit 2. The bedrooms each had an air conditioner as did the living room and Patrick made sure they were all on when we arrived. The rooms were a good size and each had a TV. We only watched the one in the living room and there were many channels to choose from. The kitchen had a nice size table to eat at. The one bathroom was small but functional. The water pressure was good. The price was appropriate for the condition and location. We were only a few blocks to the Boardwalk and beach. The is a great ice cream place close by. We also appreciated that we did not have to rent the unit for a week as some places require. It was a nice stay.

First of all, location! Location! Location! This spot is close to jenkinson's, four blocks from a private beach that is quiet and spectacular, and a walk or short drive to everything that you need. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was spectacular! The beds were comfortable the linens were clean towels were provided and the kitchen is great along with a wonderful refrigerator if you want to bring food and cook to save money. The sliding doors to a deck with a table and chairs was the icing on the cake. Patrick was wonderful at communication! Very responsive! I absolutely love this spot and I am definitely going to come back next year. Do yourself a favor and book it!

I stayed at Patrick’s place with my husband, mother-in-law, my 4 year old and 10 month old. This was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of room for everyone, very clean and Patrick was very accommodating. The house is very close to the beach and about a 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk and a quick 5 minute ride to the grocery store. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is on street parking and most nights we had to park around the corner but I felt safe and my car was perfectly fine. The only con I would say about our stay (which has nothing to do with Patrick and his house) is there is a $15 per person a day charge to go on the beach, so be prepared to pay to enjoy the beach. Also, when we went you could not access the beach after 7:00pm. Again, this has nothing to do with Patrick’s house it’s a town ordinance. We would definitely stay at Patrick’s property again.

Our family stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. Patrick was very accommodating, responsive prior to and during our stay, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. The beach entrance is only a few houses away and the boardwalk is a short walk away as well.

Decent Budget Retreat! Despite its age, this beach unit met my expectations. The spaciousness was a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of room for my family of four with it's large leather sectional couch, ample flat screen tvs, (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) and large eat-in kitchen. Yes, it may be a bit run-down, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment. The affordability allowed us to have a wonderful beach visit without breaking the bank. And talk about convenience! Being so close to the beach and boardwalk made our daily strolls a breeze. If you're looking for an affordable and conveniently located getaway, this hidden gem is a fantastic choice.

A two-bedroom apartment with a hospitable host, comfortable beds. spacious sitting area with a large TV, and well-appointed kitchen; a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants.

we had the second floor, and the inside of the apt was very nice. all the furniture was clean, and looked relatively new. The back yard could of been neater, but i wasnt look for a backyard. close enough to the beach that is was a very short walk.

We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day. Nice area of Point Pleasant - one block to beach and one block to the lake, which was great for walking the dog. Patrick was responsive. We’re thinking about booking again for a few long weekend in 2023. Would recommend.

This property was perfect! It had everything we needed to make meals at home instead of waiting on the long lines in point pleasant for breakfast or dinners. The house is clean, clean bedsheets, clean kitchen and bathroom and cozy living room. Patrick was there at the ready for anything we needed which was nothing. He is extremely ccharismatic and welcoming. I am going to book earlier for next summer so I don’t miss out. Thank you for everything Patrick!

Truly a perfect place for families. Great walk to family beach and only an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. The owner was very accommodating and generous. I will definately be back.
