We only cater to large groups looking for private 5 star luxury accommodations. One look is all it takes to appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail that goes into making this private luxurious 5 star property a one of a kind. Each apartment is very spacious, sleeps 4 and offers unique qualities. Unit 4 our grand duplex apartment features two A/C cooled king bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony views overlooking beautiful tropical landscape and your private pool with palm trees and a waterfall. Relax on your balcony and take in the scenery with coffee in the morning and listen to the tranquil sound of the waterfall to clear your mind. The main floor features a fully functional state of the art kitchen, a beautiful dining area and gathering area for any large group. Living room includes a 70" smart TV, free Wi Fi and half bath. Walk out your front door to a huge sun soaked Coralina patio surrounding the pool, relax on a lounge chair or have a cocktail in the pool on your built-in seats or a floating lounge. There's a shady pergola with tables and chairs to get out of the sun, have some food or just read a book, when the sun goes down the poolside landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the ambiance and the night air. If the beach is your desire, grab one of our beach chairs and a cooler and take a short walk down the street to Rincon's most desirable sandy beaches for a great tan. Walk down the beach and check out the water sport rentals. Jet skis, banana boats, snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing trips. At night you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets you'll never see anywhere else. Unit 1 is a sprawling 1,200 square foot upstairs A/C cooled apartment that sleeps 4, featuring a huge upgraded kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with smart TV, free Wi Fi and sitting area, 3 French doors lead to a full length balcony with a large table and chairs to take in the beauty of the neighborhood. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and private full bath while the spare room features two full beds, huge closets and a separate full bath. There's also a laundry room with washer/dryer for your convenience. Unit 2 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 and features a simple yet comfortable kitchen living room combo, smart TV and free Wi Fi, Queen bedroom with A/C and large closet. Second bedroom has A/C and two single beds. A large full bath is shared as well as a washer/dryer. Unit 3 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 with a Queen master bedroom, A/C and private full bath. We have not been to the island in over 30 years. We could not have picked a better location! The home was absolutely fantastic! It was more than we imagined. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Robert, the property manager, was very personable. The owner, Vincent was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We as a family felt this was our best vacation to date. We will definitely love to return.

Location location location! Best house in Rincon. Close to downtown Rincon.A lot of places to eat nearby and felt very safe. 2 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. I booked this house for my birthday and definitely enjoyed my stay with 14 of my family members and 2 toddlers. Pool was clean and big enough to enjoy. Vincent was very communicative and attentive to all our request. Casa Bonitas was equipped with everything you may need for your stay. I highly recommend.

From the beginning when we were scoping out properties, the communications with Vincent were timely, cordial and informative. Directions and arrival instructions were precise. Accommodations were impeccably clean and smartly furnished/stocked. The family loved the pool waterfall feature. Location is excellent with the beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. all in walking distance.

My husband and I were looking for a multi-unit property that would allow our family and friends to spend a week together to celebrate my 40th birthday. Casa Bonita was the PERFECT location. First, the property is perfectly located, steps from the beach and a few blocks from town. There's a food truck pavilion across the street and a grocery a block away. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors are so wonderful. Every room is comfortable and clean. The pool is perfect with a waterfall and lighting that makes it a central feature in all the hangs. Unit 4 has a downstairs kitchen that is ideal for gathering together and sharing meals. We sat together and talked for hours at the outdoor seating area. The beach that's right at the end of the street is one of the best swimming spots in Rincón. Don't get me wrong, there are so many fabulous beaches, but this beach has minimal rocks at the shoreline and was calm most days that we were there. We will definitely be coming back to Casa Bonita, It is my most favorite VRBO I've ever rented!

The place was clean and the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach, a food store and a coffee shop. It had all the amenities that we needed and the separate units allowed privacy and flexibility. Great stay!

Not only is this property stunning, clean, and comfortable, it’s located on an idyllic street with the ocean waiting for you at the end. It’s also owned by wonderful people - Vincent went above and beyond for our group - accommodating and welcoming, leaving nothing more to ask for. I hope to have the pleasure to return at some point.

We just left after spending a week here. Everyone in our group were super impressed with the property and location. Absolutely perfect for a large group to spend time in Rincon. Hosts were quick tor respond to any questions and issues and had plenty to offer for suggestions. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Best property rental experience I’ve had in a long time.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this home. Absolutely perfect for a large group of couples. Everything in the homes was the best quality, and everything you would ever want is provided. Perfectly located close to beaches, restaurants, Stores, and town. Owners and others staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again! Pictures do not so justice! Every room is gorgeous and all the beds are super comfortable!

The location is perfect, 2 min walk to the beach and 2min drive to a supermarket. The apartments were very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. We will be renting again!
