Bon hôtel pour un petit passage à Agadir

Hôtel situé à proximité du souk El Had, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel aimable. Les équipements étaient fonctionnels et l'accès à l'hôtel facile.

Pas de petit déjeuner pendant la période du Ramadan, propreté générale moyenne.

Mini kosmetyki w łazience, lodówka, tv.

Hotel średniej jakości, nieszczelne okna, zniszczona łazienka, biało-sine, dziurawe ręczniki. Brak możliwości wykupu śniadania. Widok z okien na tył hotelu (plac z taxi). Przespać się i jechać dalej🙏

É andato tutto bene!

Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di avere direttamente lo shuttle dall’aeroporto all’hotel prenotando direttamente con la struttura, comodo e veloce. La stanza era pulita, il personale disponibile. La posizione è strategica perché si arriva facilmente al mare.

Buona posizione ma va tenuto in considerazione che si trova leggermente fuori dal centro.

Very positively surprised, initially booked for 1 night but stayed the whole stay

Big room & clean room - the cleaning service was really beyond expectations, like in a 5* hotel. The hotel must be new. The café downstairs has good breakfast. Bus stop right next to the entrance or even walking to the beach was fine.

Rapport qualité/prix près du grand souk

Hotel très propre, juste à coté du grand souk d’Agadir, nous avons eu un excellent accueil, hôtelier aux petits soins, nous avons pris une suite, très spacieuse, confortable et bien agencée, excellent rapport qualité prix, bien desservi et sécuritaire 👍

El cuarto de baño muy muy pequeño, mal iluminado, casi ni salía agua de la duchala puerta chocaba con el baño...un desastre. La puerta del armario no se podía abrir porque chocaba con el tope de la puerta de la habitacion, la ventana no cerrada bien

Le personnel lorsque nous sommes arrivés pas très réactif à la réception.Très brouillant durant la nuit station de taxi juste au niveau de la chambre .

The stay was great overall ! They just need to correct some little stuffs and check their staff at the coffee

The friendliness of the staff and the location

there are water leaks sometimes which flow into the room and there were no mops available. And the waiter at the coffee of the hotel has problems to serve black people. I had to go to the counter every time to order and even then he found a way to serve other customers before me.

Bon séjour dans un petit hôtel sympa

Equipe sympa, à l'écoute malgré notre arrivée tardive. tout était OK. Très proche du Souk, et un bon parking gardé. Petits commerces, restos grillades juste à côté Pharmacie et Distributeur auto juste à côté aussi. Beaucoup de taxis passe devant.

No alojarse en este hotel hacen cargos en la tarjeta que no corresponden

He estado en este alojamiento el 28 de Diciembre del 2023 y en lugar del cargo que tenían que hacer por una noche de alojamiento en mi tarjeta , a parte del precio que había contratado por esa noche me hicieron otro cargo por el doble de primero equivalente a 2 noches más que yo no pasé allí , una vez he llegado a España he visto el cargo en mi tarjeta 70,11 euros más 1,40 que me cobra el banco por comisión de cambio de moneda, contacte con el alojamiento y me dicen que me han cobrado el importe de otro huésped , pero han pasado 40 días y no me devuelven el dinero que me deben 71,51 euros no os alojéis en este hotel , cuidado,

Blisko dużego suku i głównej drogi skąd można łatwo dostać się w każdym kierunku.

Odpowiedni stosunek ceny do jakości. Położenie blisko suku.

Twarde materace ale po kolejnych nocach w innych obiektach to chyba standard w Maroko.

Very nice but a bit noisy at night

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Nice little balcony.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the night, from barking dogs to people in the hallway, and we could not sleep well even with earplugs

Great location

Great location, right next to the souk and near some nice restaurants. Beach is about 25 min walk away. Staff were lovely, super helpful. Thanks :)

Ideal for an unpretentious stay

Scrupulously clean. A nice cafe just opened next door which is exceptionally good value for money. Right over the crossroads from the amazing souk al had.

Nothing. I’ve stayed there twice now. And I hope to return quite soon.

W booking był podany zły adres hotelu. Prosiłam Pana na recepcji aby to zmienił. Hotel nie jest pod tym adresem jaki Ci pokazuje aplikacja. Spytaj taksówkarza po nazwie hotelu.

Barato y limpio, aceptable relación calidad-precio.

Estaba limpio, las camas cómodas, lugar tranquilo. Buena atención en recepción. Bien relación calidad-precio.

Las fotos de booking no se corresponden o faltan, las mesitas de noche no tenían lamparas, las paredes eran verdes y con humedad, el cabecero de la cama era de piel sintetica en vez de madera con grabados, no como en las fotos. El pomo del baño estaba roto, la cortina de la ducha estaba muy deteriorada y era muy corta, el suelo del baño se mojaba todo cuando la utilizabamos.

Good value and lots of space

Lots of space, comfortable beds, decent shower, private parking round the back, good coffee at the coffee shop downstairs.

The night manager was an angry man, not keen on helping us with a second key for the room, which we needed. He did ultimately provide this though only after first refusing both my wife and I on separate occasions.

Un bon hôtel pour son prix

Un hôtel relativement proche du centre, avec un bon prix pour une famille. Proche du souk, et de nombreux commerces. Le parking à l’arrière est appréciable quand on loue une voiture. Le personnel est très aimable.

Dommage qu’en revenant 2 jours après notre première nuit, nous ayons du recommencer toute la procédure d’enregistrement.

Séjour agréable malgré l’hôtel réservé

Cet établissement est à éviter à tout prix. La réception a été désagréable. Il y a eu un vol d’argent dans notre chambre. Personne n’a rien voulu savoir lorsqu’on a demandé de voir le directeur. A bannir!

Nice place

Nice and clean Hotel, central location, Souk El Had just a footstep away. Room was comfortable and had a small balcony. Staff was welcoming and helpful, they organized an airport taxi for us. I would come again to Riad Salam!

No hairdryer in the room.

Soggiorno consigliato!

Tutto molto pulito, personale cordiale e simpatico, struttura carina, vicina al centro e attaccata alla fermata dei taxi

Tutto il bagno si bagna quando si fa la doccia perché è piatta e non ha una porta di chiusura e non c'è uno straccio per asciugare. Il prezzo del bar è superiore alla media.

Not the best

Really close to the huge market of Agadir.

I don't know why it is called Riad since it's not one. Really far from the center and in a really shady area, didn't like at all walking around there. Parking lot is hidden behind.
