The second bedroom is located on the main floor along with a kitchenette, large ocean view family room with a vaulted ceiling and a bathroom. There is a pullout couch and a 2nd couch suitable for sleeping on. Located at the very end of a long driveway on a very safe and private lot. The property is very large and as such you will likely not ever see the homeowners (unless needed) or even neighbors and will have lots of room to park.
