I didn’t like the fact that it was a room in the house where the owners live. You had to be let into the house by ringing the bell. There is no privacy and this should’ve been made clear when booking. I had expected an annexe or cottage with a separate entrance.

Lovely home to stay at, very clean and quiet Breakfast was fantastic, and I appreciated the Birthday gift as a special touch to me. Easy to get to Biggin hill airport and Central London without the London chaos

The second smaller room did not have a TV which been in there from 7.00pm was a long night , am sure the owner may install one soon. Also, the second room is not ensuite but did have its own personal bathroom and shower directly opposite the bedroom door so not to far to hop to.

Lovely 2 night stay in a very large elegant and comfortable home. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing with an exciting and tasty twist provided by the host. The property has wonderful gardens and we were treated to a wildlife show whilst eating breakfast with foxes, squirrels and many different birds. The local station has trains to Victoria in 17 minutes, perfect place for a tranquil getaway when visiting London for a few days. The hosts are an amazing couple and we will definitely return.
