The Brown Family Condo is situated in Lighthouse Cove on the beautiful Lake Delton with 3rd & 4th floor patios allowing for views that just don't stop! Centrally located near all of the attractions offered by the Wisconsin Dells, this 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family getaway, golf trip, or couples weekend. This property offers peace and quiet without leaving the heart of the dells. It is a mere 5-minute walk to Noah's Ark! This is a beautiful top floor property in Lighthouse Cove with views that don't stop. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the family room. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can use the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day. Bedroom 1 - King Bed, 65" Roku TV, Closet, Shared Bath (w/ standup shower, & jetted tub), Door to Patio. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Full Bed, Roku TV, Large Closet has a folding twin bed Family Room - Lots of seating and a 65" Roku TV (fireplace locked from use due to local laws) 3rd & 4th Floor Balconies with chairs for relaxing or chatting. Stayed here for a quick trip between Christmas and New Years. Property was exactly as described. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We'll be looking to book this property again next year for the same trip.

Condo was very nice. Check in was smooth. Location was good. It was a chilly rainy weekend so the intended hiking didn't happen, we were lucky to use the pool/ hot tub and enjoy our stay regardless. Recommend!

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Had a 2 month old baby with us. We felt ver at home and comfortable. All amenities were at our finger tips. So so clean. Great location. Near the pool. We loved the 4 person jacuzzi. I couldn't have ask for a better place. Christopher was so helpful. Always quick to answer if we had any questions. Overall we loved it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This place was perfect for our weekend stay in the dells. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious and clean and the location is great. Literally minutes away from everything.

This property was perfect for us and our three kids (ages 4 months to 12-years-old) to stay for five nights. There was plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of seating in the main areas for us to gather together as a family when we wanted to spend time together eating, playing games, or watching movies. The condo was one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at; we were super impressed! The whole place had a cozy, homey feel; it felt just like a home away from home. We used the outdoor pool each day, which the kids loved. There were a couple days/times it was a bit busy, but we were able to see the pool from out the front door and bedroom window and could see when it was least busy to plan accordingly. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of seating. The location of the property is also great. It's close to all the fun of the Dells but just enough "out of the way" and tucked in that it is very quiet and private. Check-in was a breeze, and although we did not need to contact the property manager for anything during our stay, we received several communications that let us know he would be available if we needed anything at all.

If you want a quiet, spacious condo while visiting the dells this is an excellent choice. Indoor and outdoor pools, beach, view of the lake, 10-15 minute walk to the Noah's Ark ticket booth, and easy driving to all Dells attractions.

I grew up going to Noah’s Ark every summer and have friends that had never been so we planned an adult trip to the water park. This is a perfect location to walk to many locations. My friends already planning a trip back with their kids and would stay here.

We were on an adventure to Noah's Ark. Nice Condo close to events. Note for next time..bring Kuerig pods, salt and pepper. Also, bring bed sheets if you are using roll out bed.

We had the best time at the Brown Family Condo. Great location to all the Dell’s has to offer. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Noah’s Ark. My teens loved the pools & beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size for our family of 5, which included 3 kids ages 8-13. We had space to spread out and also super comfortable couches to hang out together. We spent time each day at the indoor pool & hot tub and often would have it to ourselves for part of the time. We spent a day Noah's Ark Water Park and ate dinner one evening at Lake City Social - both a short walk from the condo. Chris was very helpful with recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc, and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!!

The host was awesome throughout the process as we had a few issues we created,the host took care of our needs as i left my car keys 🔑 and house keys... he personally is shipping them out to help me drive to work. Thanks to sooo much for an awesome expirence and a wonderful home with an AWESOME VIEW FROM THE BEDROOM.

We knew we wanted more than a tiny hotel room for our stay in the Dells. This condo at Lighthouse Cove was perfect. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room to sleep, rest and relax. The kids loved both the pool and the beach, as well as convenient access to water parks and other entertainment. We had a minor snafu upon check in but Chris was super responsive and helpful in getting it rectified and making it right with us. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay here again!

The condo was clean, and in a great location! We used the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, which were clean and well-cared for. There was plenty of sitting and eating space indoors as well as on the 2 balconies, which had great views of Lake Delton. Overall, very nice, quiet, family-friendly property. Great communication with the owner, too! I would definitely come back again.

We had the best vacation staying at the Brown Family Condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 with teenagers. Enough space for everyone! We fully enjoyed the lake/beach area, grilling, swimming pool which is right outside the door! With 2 decks to enjoy the view throughout the day. We used full kitchen and washer/dryer daily and having 2 full bathrooms makes it so easy when traveling with kids. The owner communication was fantastic and the 10+ page of points of interest and reviews was fantastic. We used so many of their recommendations. The location is perfect and so close to everything. We loved being able to enjoy activities and then get back to the condo within minutes. An easy walk to the Noah's Ark Waterpark entrance with no need to pay for parking. I will recommend this condo to everyone who is visiting The Wisconsin Dells!

We so enjoyed our time at this very clean, comfortable, relaxing condo. Loved the 2 story living space, 2 balconies, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Access to outdoor/indoor pools and small beach were wonderful for our teenagers. Enjoyed working with Christopher as he gave us recommendations of places to go and check in/out procedures were a breeze.

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our 3-month old son as a 'test' get-away to see how our little one did away from home in hopes of planning soon a longer vacation. Great condo with wonderful amenities and views...pictures and description are spot on!
