About this condo rental
• Direct beach access. You'll need to walk thru the lush landscaping and around the pools to access the beach board walk over the dunes. Approximately a 5-10 min. walk. • 1st floor with quiet back patio • 3 pools and 2 hot tubs with adjacent BBQ areas • Tennis Court • Onsite assigned parking space for 1 vehicle and 1 guest (first come first serve) • Ring cameras at both doors for security. Outside only. • Fully equipped kitchen • A beach wagon is provided for effortlessly transporting your beach chairs and toys to the shore. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home in our beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo situated on the ocean side of A1A! No streets to cross when you walk the tropical and private boardwalk to our white sugary sand beach. There are 3 pools (1 heated seasonally ) 2 hot tubs and tennis courts situated among the winding lush and tropical paths. Retreat after a day in the sun on your large shaded back deck with your favorite book or jump in the car and explore some of Historic St Augustine's favorite attractions 10 minutes away.

Quiet safe clean condo about a 5–10 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We were very happy with our condo. We had never been to St Augustine so we werent sure what the beachfront housing would be. A little disappointed that we couldnt see the ocean from our room but it was only steps away. We will definitely be back. We had all the amenities we needed, multiple pools and hot tubs to choose from and my boys and our family made friends with our favorite Condo Turtle named Franklin. Thank you Pam for everything.

Pam was in contact to be sure arrival and departure were smooth. She also provided a binder of all needs along with lots of bonus items - wagon, nice beach chairs, cooler, fan, shower seat if needed, beach towels, dish washer pods, laundry pods, coffee bar, and so much more! The bath towels were nice, the beds were nice, and it was a very clean condo. They weren't trying to cheap out. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and 30 second walk to the pool. The property has 3 nice pools. The condo is ground floor with a beautiful patio and close parking place too!

Overall it was a nice place!
- The kitchen was nice and stocked to cook.
- The owner was very thorough in her information to us.
- There were towels, chairs and beach wagon supplied which helped tremendously for traveling.
I will say for the overall property the boardwalk needs some TLC. You can't really walk on there without shoes and a few of the kids got splinters. The other thing, the one bathroom smelled a bit mildewy so it may want to get checked out.

We had a few minor issues which Pam is going to get promptly resolved. It's apparent she wants to give all her guests a pleasant experience, which we appreciate and so we would definitely stay again.

The property exceed our expectations and the location is great, within walking distance to the beach. There are a few buildings in the complex and they share two hot tubs and three pools, one of the pools is headed. Pam was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had 5 in our part, 3 adults and 2 kids. Great layout, well appointed, lots of extras and conveniences (toiletries, detergent, coffee/tea, etc), information was accessible and easy to find. Beach and public areas were all great. Wish we had more time.

I spent a few days at the Hibiscus right before Hurricane Ian hit. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our trip so much! Pam made the process super smooth and what a plus that all the beach chairs/wagon were already there! Praying Ian didn’t do any damage to the area once we left. Would def go back and stay again.

This property is located by everything! It’s only a very short drive to st. Augustine and various attractions. The house itself is very welcoming. There was just one weird smell in the master bathroom but beyond that Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Best Place Ever
If I could rate this listing higher I would. From booking to check out the entire experience was wonderful. The owner’s prompt response and attention to detail is like none other we have experienced. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and a lot of added extras. The location is perfect and we enjoyed everything about our stay. You will not regret renting this property, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Location!
Look no further if you want the beach, beautiful pool, 10 min from Historic St. Augustine, and a home away from home! This stay was perfect for my family of 5! From the bunk beds, all the beach equipment you need, wonderful kitchen with all the utensil you need, it was just Awesomness! Book it!

Flower Box Retreat!
This owner has thought of everything! From check in until check out there were pleasant surprises and touches that made our stay perfect! There was a beach wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards for the trip down to the beach. The trip down is a bit of a hike (about .2 of a mile) but once you mentally prepare yourself for that its actually great excercise and the wagon makes it easier! We sat as a family and played board games each night and I was able to enjoy a few cups of coffee on the back patio that just felt heavenly 😊☕️. There is even an ice cream scoop for your beach sundaes! This was such a clean VRBO and expectations/directions were clear. That gave us peace of mind our entire stay. We found our slice of the peace at the flower box! 🌼
