River West Red Peak Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo that’s a fantastic couple’s retreat. The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV; there’s also a patio just outside for relaxing in the mountain air. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or full meals. There’s seating for four at the counter. The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Very nice property, but the switch of the shower didn’t work properly, therefore water pressure was bad, bedroom tv didn’t, work either. Access code was provided the check in day at 16:00. It could be done earlier and the door lock being set at this time. This was really bad.

Clean, modern, comfortable and perfect for 2. The kitchen was well equipped and the in unit laundry a convenient bonus. Although there were paper stick up blinds, the exterior lights still lit up the bedroom at night. This has been a constant complaint by other renters and really should get addressed with black out drapes or shades.The TV does not have access to network TV, so we were unable to watch football. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and it was PERFECT! My girls and I got ready here before heading to the venue and it was the perfect space for me and my small bridal party. Highly recommend ❤️

Unit was very convenient to downtown, nearby hiking, and fishing. Very clean and bright, with easy parking right out the sliding door (or a short walk around the building). Comfy bed and couch and a very functional kitchen and bathroom. Only recommendation would be to put full blinds in the living room (similar to what's in the bedroom) for some more privacy - when other cars pull up, they shine right into the living room.

The condo itself is perfect for 2 people, and it looks exactly like the photos! The kitchen has everything you need to cook which was nice, and everything was very clean and tidy. The hot tub is straight out the front door and very convenient. My only notes are that the living room curtains are sheer as can be, and there is parking right outside the window, so especially at night everyone can see right in. The parking for the condo is a decent walk to get to the front door, so getting your luggage or groceries inside is a hassle. We ended up just parking in front of the door to unload and then going to park around the corner in our designated spot each time. With that being said though, for the location and the price of the condo it was very well worth it. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Silverthorne and will likely return!

We stayed at this property on our mini honeymoon after getting married in Silverthorne back in November. We absolutely loved our rental! Each process was incredibly easy, and the rental was truly gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the rare times where the pictures are a direct reflection of the actual unit you are renting. Modern, CLEAN, bright, and convenient. It even smells good. Only nitpick is better window coverage in the bedroom would be nice. Also, the pull/lever in the bathtub to switch it to shower is finicky and needs to be replaced. AWESOME rental. We will be back at this or your other properties!

Saw some previous reviews that sorta blasted the parking and check-in process. Apparently these issues have been fixed. Check-in was a breeze—honestly the easiest I’ve ever had with a VRBO. The property managers were easily reached by text. The parking was fine, too. The designated spot for this condo IS around the back side of the building but it’s far from the worse parking situation I’ve seen with a condo. It was MAYBE a 10-second walk. Also a short walk away was the community hot tub. This unit has one of the shortest walks to the hot tub on the entire property, which was nice with single-digit temps. My wife and I had a great stay.

The stay was memorable very nice apartment. The location is close to stores & restaurants. The apartment was new and very clean. Cozy and warm with new accessories. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed tools. Only drawbacks were the bathroom was missing a hairdryer also the bedroom blinds are paper thus sun light and car lights break thru to bedroom. Unit is one first floor thus parking cars lights break thru the bedroom window at all hours of the night. Lastly the other tenants do not honor designated parking spaces. It is a free for all parking.

Nice location. Very clean. The fireplace is HOT. All appliances are like new and the counter top is just the best height ever.
Parking is strange but it's a complex so thats expected. Windows could use some assist, screen door and curtain but overall, this place is next to target, Dillon, 70, the tunnel and all other ski areas down the road. Its a great location.

The only suggestion I have is to provide thicker drapes in both the living room and bedroom, to shield the space from headlights at night.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Yes, there were a few small things that could have been easier, directions and door code, but… the management company was very helpful when I called for help! This was a wonderfully stocked condo with everything I needed to host a delightful Thanksgiving dinner. Our family live 2 blocks away from the property and with a tiny new grandchild it was so convenient. The condo was ver well stocked and the amenities were great. The windows could use a privacy shade but the comfort of the site made up for this. Washer and dryer were essential for us and terrific. The whole experience was just right. We definitely would like to stay again. Thanks for the lovely memories.

I'm going to start with that I don't usually leave reviews - good or bad. But this experience drove me to post. As a business owner myself, I would want to know how poorly the company was representing me if I was the condo owner.
The condo itself was great. Clean, new, nice, very comfortable. I would stay here again if it was managed differently.
However, the owner needs to find a different management company. The directions and entry process was entirely wrong and the call center was not helpful. Here's what happened:
1. Received an email with building "C", a 6-digit code for a digital keypad and to park in spot "612".
2. On property directions were wrong. All buildings were numbered (1 through 9) not lettered. Door entry required a 4-digit lockbox code for a physical key. Parking spot was on the other side of the building and opposite corner from the front door (this was not in the information).
I drove around the entire property complex several times trying to find the building. I ended up calling Summit Mountain Management. The first call center person hung up on me (I was calm, polite, not angry.). The second person had no idea what she was doing or how to direct me on property. Once I found the door on my own, she kept trying to get me to use the 6-digit keypad code for the non-existent keypad. The third call center person finally gave me what they thought was the lockbox code after digging around in the system for several minutes. Fortunately, the code worked.
Again, the condo itself is very nice. But if I was the owner, I would be looking for a new management company if I expect this property to do well and people to return.

This was an awesome place to stay while I was in town! Very cute and comfortable. The only issue I encountered was when I went to close up the condo before bed (10pm) I by chance decided to check the sliding glass door. I was a little spooked to find it was unlocked and even cracked slightly. Seeing as it was just me staying there, I was a little spooked but it wasnt anything that changed the overall experience of my stay!

Their disclaimer that "construction noise may be audible during daylight hours" was a severe understatement since there was a construction trailer parked 10 feet off the back patio and the noise was incessant from 8am to 7pm M-Sat, literally right outside the door. The culmination of the nightmarish hades of the accommodations was a construction lift running into my car which was parked in the woefully ridiculous designated parking spot right in the midst of construction, creasing in my truck 1.5 feet, leaving me to deal with the HOA, rental, company, insurance company, and construction company during the course of a "relaxing" vacation, and leaving me to roll around in a junk car the rest of my time out there.If I knew the true nature of the environment and circumstance that I was operating in, there would've been zero chance that I would've rented the space. Do yourself a favor and don't!

Super cute and clean
We stayed here over the weekend of July 4 hoping to catch a local firework show. No luck there, but we did get some local hikes and fishing in. To tell the truth this place was almost too inviting and comfy. It was hard to leave it to go seek adventures. The place is so fresh and new and stocked with everything you need to get a meal going in the kitchen (minus food). It’s conveniently located near Target for groceries, but be warned,Target was very low on those. We did not know that there would be construction going on right outside our unit when we booked this place, so be warned. This made for some early morning noise, tricky parking and a big trailer parked outside our sliding glass door. Super new, cute and comfy on the inside though.
