We stayed here for a short visit. Was easy and convenient. The queen in the master was comfortable and the house was nice. Only complaint is the noisy ceiling fan in the master.

Excellent location. We visit Tucson every two or three years and choose to stay in the Marana area. This is ideally located in Marana. The property makes a great stay. The only complaint we had was the cleaning service. When we arrived at the property, the dish washer was loaded with dirty dishes and the dryer was loaded with dried but unfolded sheets, towels, and blankets. Would stay again but would required the property to be cleaned before staying.

We stayed here for a wedding with family. This place is spacious, clean, and has a great back yard. We enjoyed our stay and loved that just a short drive down the road for groceries, and dining. The host was very responsive and flexible and the house was ready for us earlier than stated.

I enjoyed my stay in this property and in its neighborhood which was quiet and included views of Saguaro West mountain peaks. Anyone interested in being near Hwy 10 for travel to Phoenix or to destinations south of Tucson will find its location very convenient. Grocery and other stores were not far and easily accessible. The house was comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen had a Keurig machine and also an air fryer that I used often. There was also a water filter attached to the kitchen sink. Some high end toiletries (soap, body cream) were provided and that made one feel welcome. The bed in the main bedroom was of an excellent quality and there was an oversized "garden" bathtub in the en suite. It's too bad that the fountain didn't work in the back yard; it would have made sitting in the back yard more relaxing. Finally, I only had one occasion to contact the owner who came over that same day and solved the problem.

Someone went sprinkle happy with carpet deodorizer, the smell was so strong we had to open windows to air it out. It still bothered our allergies once windows were closed again. The house was dusty, but fairly clean over all. The water heater is slow to heat up, and not very hot when it is finally up to temp. The TV in the small bedroom needs to be replaced, the sound quality is bad enough that I couldn’t watch it. We would stay again, but would request no carpet deodorizer be used.

House was clean, comfortable with a decently stocked kitchen (could cook/eat there without adding any utensils/pots/pans). Comfortable beds. Master bathroom as well as a small bath directly opposite smaller bedroom was perfect for mornings & evenings. Very quiet neighborhood (except for short time on Friday evening, when someone in the neighborhood had a party -- even that didn't go much past 10pm). Approximately 20min drive to Tucson downtown, depending on traffic & route. Overall, worked very well for our week long business trip & I'd be happy to use it for a family vacation.

The property is in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood, it was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Contacting the host was super easy and was very helpful and polite. I've stayed a lot of places and honestly this has been one of the nicest. 5 stars and definitely will stay again on my next trip to Tuscon!!!

First time here and was not disappointed. Place was spacious and very comfortable. Backyard was a nice size. Neighborhood was quiet and this home was o. A cul de sac which was wonderful for teaching graviton ride her new two wheeler! David’s place was wonderfully equipped with kids dishes abd utensils for visits from the grandchildren. Don’t hesitate to rent if you have a chance

We had a really pleasant stay at this property. We have 2 border collies and the fenced back yard was perfect. Everything worked fine and having a washer and dryer was great..The only suggestion I would have is to furnish some backyard furniture, the space is beautiful but no comfortable place to sit and enjoy.. We enjoyed our two-week stay at this home. The location was perfect for everything in NW Tucson. Even getting across town was simple from here - equidistant from two freeway entrances (I-10). The house has a great, lived-in feel and we felt right at home. The kitchen was great for cooking in. We appreciated having a garage for the car. The neighborhood was safe, clean, quiet and very walkable. We found trails nearby. It was late in the stay that we discovered all the information from the owner as it was placed just inside the front door, which we never used. Family members who visited us here also enjoyed the property so much that one young family member declared this the best place to go trick-or-treating for Halloween. We hote to return to this property again in the spring.
