Perfectly set up, warm, comfortable. Everything you need for a trip away. Lounge and kitchen set up to capture every inch of sun. Now have an issue with my wife saying this is how we should be living!!!

This house has everything we needed during the stay. Beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We enjoyed movies on Netflix! The house was super warm and cosy.

Had everything we needed to get started n our family holiday. Breakfast food was great, games and books for the whole family. Looking forward to staying here again!

nice touch having continental type breakfast available. Great having four bedrooms for extended family to stay together. A very family friendly place to stay. Close to Mornington shopping facilities.

The house is as beautiful as it shows online. Everything’s good and comfortable. Easy parking. A bit pricy but worth it.

A hand rail correctly placed by the toilet in one of the bathrooms would be an an asset for anyone who has a disability the pathway down to the house was rather steep, I had to take great care walking both up and down on crutches

It is a well laid out house with everything you need for your stay. well equipped. A real gem of a place.

very well maintained and beautiful place to stay with family. I would highly recommend to everybody.

The house is clean, comfortable and has lots of space. 4 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a great lounge room and kitchen. Our family of 4 (inc 2 teenagers) had lots of opportunity to relax, cook our own meals and enjoy the peaceful location and views. We appreciated the fact that there was plenty of cutlery and crockery - including proper mugs! A short 5-10 min drive into the centre of Dunedin, I don't know how easy this is without a car as it was our first time visiting the city. The breakfast provisions were great and we had good communication from Andrea both before and during our stay. We were sorry to leave and would certainly like the opportunity to stay at Andrea and Charlie's place again in the future.

The holiday house is wonderful! It is very clean and tidy. We are very satisfy with this. The owner prepared different kitchen stuffs to us, very useful. Thank you very much!

Thoughtful owner has provided everything we need and could think of. Especially the Netflix option, it accompanied us and children heaps for rainy days.

Very tidy, very comfortable, great value for money, they even had the house warm before our arrival at night.

The house had everything we needed, the breakfast was a bonus as we wouldn't have been able to go out for breakfast before our family gathering. the 2 bathrooms were great for our family, and the beds were warm and comfy.

the entrance way was a little step, the steps down need more gravel maybe. But we understand Dunedin is hilly. I just mention this as we had to carry a baby and the steps made me nervous, it was great that you had the ramp and the top lighting was very bright so we could see our way in the dark.

The house was beautifully presented and the hosts went above and beyond with the inclusions.

It was a very clean tidy home to stay in. Lovely little touches throughout that made it us feel right at home.

We really appreciated the continental breakfast, treats in the fridge and being pet friendly accommodation.
