Have a fun weekend with plenty of room to enjoy your time in Old Town Bluffton. Both bedrooms are comfortable with their own bathroom. The balcony is nestled in the trees and makes a perfect place to enjoy relaxing, work from your home away from home, read a book or just people watch. This is the best location to be in the heart of award winning Bluffton A 15 minute drive takes you to Hilton Head Island with its beautiful beaches. Owners and manager are located nearby for any questions or assistance. Easy keypad entrance for no contact check-in. This property has a Town of Bluffton Business License and a Short Term Rental License.

The lock on the door to the unit did not work. When tried to lock it, the bolt kept hitting the striker plate and would not go into the hole. The host was called and I left a voicemail. She did call back and said she would try to contact her maintenance person to fix the problem. Never heard back from her and as far as I know, nobody came and looked at the lock. Whenever we left the unit, we would lock our personal things in the car. The good thing, we didn’t have to remember the code to the lock. The deck was covered with leaves and pine needles, the chairs were filthy and some were broken. The floors in the unit were dirty. Bath towels were provided but no hand towels or wash clothes, so bring your own. The curtain in the second bathroom is very sheer. That window overlooks an outdoor eating area so you really couldn’t shower in there without putting on show.
The location of the unit was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The fact that the unit lock did not work, was not fixed or acknowledged by host, should be a huge show stopper for any potential renter in the future.

This place was really nice. It’s close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. It’s decorated very cute too. It was Christmas so we weren’t able to goto many of the shops but that was ok. We did have dinner at the Calhoun Tavern and that was very good and then breakfast before we left at the Sippin Cow below and that was good too.
I brought coffee because I thought they had a traditional coffee pot but there was no actual pot only the maker. There is a Keurig there so we just bought some little cups for that. Also bring a wine opener with you if you like wine. We didn’t see one there but luckily brought our own. It’s a great spot and we will definitely stay there again and explore the area a little more.

First, the description fails to tell you the rental is above a popular breakfast / lunch spot that gets noisy starting at 7 am. The deck was unusable as it was covered in leaves and pine needles. One of the bathrooms had no toilet paper holder. The window curtain in the main bath is ridiculous- no privacy at all! No instructions on how to access the WiFi, had to text the host. No dishwasher soap/pods. Lastly, lets not forget the steps to access the rental. When it rains, the steps are very slippery. With a little more upkeep this could be a much better place to stay.

Everything was great the apartment has lots of room for 4 guest. Be prepared to walk up long stairs case outside with no cover of its raining One bathroom did not have appropriate curtains for privacy ..Only other thing one toilet got stopped up and there was no plunger in the unit. Sent request but no plunger was ever brought during our stay.

We had the place for the long weekend. It is just 20 mins drive from Hilton Head beaches and is surrounded by nice restaurants and boutiques. The nursery on the corner is pretty and a must see. Laura was a great host and the place was very tidy with good amount of towels, dishes and utensils. Great balcony nestled in trees around to enjoy the morning coffee. Grocery shops are close by to quickly pick up something. I’ll definitely recommend if you don’t mind staying a bit away from the beach and enjoy the town of Bluffton as well.

My assistant and I stayed at this great property while working on a furnishing installation for a client. It was a wonderful place to come back to after some long days. The condo was cute and clean, and the location is perfect. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in town!

Perfect property in perfect location for us. Right in the heart of Bluffton. Minimal noise from cafe below. Parking was usually easy enough nearby on the street (free). A special bonus was the Peacock channel on the TV which allowed us to watch Arsenal play live in the premier League. Thank you all round Laura. We will be back some day.

Beautiful place and very comfortable. The perfect spot for my mother's 82nd Birthday weekend. Walking distance to all the hot spots in Old Towne Bluffton and close to the Daufuskie Ferry shuttle. The host was perfect and quick to respond to questions you may have.

Only sleeps 3 comfortably. One bed is very small. Very long flight of stairs outside to second floor where unit is located. No elevator.

The condo was above the Sippin’ Cow which was so wonderful because you didn’t have to fix breakfast or lunch. You could go straight downstairs to either pick up or eat in. Surrounding the area are restaurants and boutiques. While there, we were fortunate to attend the Peanut Festival in Old Town Bluffton which was in walking distance of the May River. It was like going back in time with a modern twist.

Quiet spot in great location
Very nice spot in the heart of Old Bluffton. Very nice coffee/breakfast spot downstairs and super easy walk to many other dining options and shopping. Very cozy and had all of the amenities that we needed. I would stay here again if we're in the area.

Great location
The listing was a wonderful location in Old Town. Very new and clean. The main bed is a bit stiff and the large bathroom could use more than sheer curtains since it overlooks an outdoor eating patio. The access was easy and parking wasn’t an issue. The listing is spacious but had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway.
