Perfectly located near our target destination during the time I needed to be with family. The unit was well appointed, very clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. We are grateful to the owner who I got to meet right before I left. I would return anytime I was in the area!

Checks every box. Quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need for a stay including coffee and snacks. Ana is a great host. Though it is a basement unit, barely knew the family was above us. Would definitely return!

This was a perfect little home away from home while visiting the area. Convenient location in a good neighborhood. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. It felt very private although it is attached to the main house. It was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend.

Highly recommendable studio with ample kitchen that included all appliances and confortable bed. Location was perfect, within a 5 minute drive to a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. We used it to explore nature in Cascades National Park, Whidbey Island, Anacortes, Bellingham and the coast up to Vancouver. Very easy access to highway and close enough to Seattle to spend a fun evening out. Everett is very charming with plenty to see too. Great location and well-appointed place.

The property was clean and well maintained and suited our needs just fine. Cute and quiet neighborhood near a school.

All of the appliances were full sized and high end. The space was very clean and well organized. My host left microwave popcorn and bottled water as a courtesy. My only suggestions are that they add a handrail to the basement apartment stairs for safety and repair the lower 2ft of front door weatherstripping that some cat clawed away to save on heating and cooling expenses. It is a lovely, quiet place, with a small stream on the edge of the grassy back yard, at the end or a cul-de-sac. Unfortunately, with two artificial knees and two replaced hips, the stairs presented a serious challenge. It is currently not safe for anyone who is physically challenged to attempt the stairs, especially in the rain we had all week, but I did not realize this until I arrived and it was too late to do anything about the reservation. I took it very slowly with only the items I needed each day to avoid a fall. I hope the host will somehow either fix or disclose the stars to avoid liability. I would gladly make this my place of choice for my twice a year visits to see my 6 year old granddaughter if these details were addressed.

This property is part of a residence in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac with a pretty and private back yard. I chose it because it was close to friends I came to visit. It was very clean and had more amenities than I needed (did not need the complete kitchen) but I did enjoy a cup of tea and a breakfast muffin at the table. I loved the very comfy bed! And the host was always responsive to my questions in a timely manner. Thanks for a great place to stay! I would choose this again.

This little location has everything you need for a home away from home. The kitchen is perfect, with plenty of cooking space, a stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, and a dishwasher. Everything worked perfectly. The bathroom is mid-sized and houses a washer and dryer, as well as the shower and tub. The shower pressure is perfect, although you may need someone tall to help you change the settings (my wife needed my help haha). Bed was very soft and comfortable, the bedroom itself was a combination bedroom/living room with a nice sized smart TV and a futon/couch to relax on. It had a large walk-in closet which was nice to fit all of our stuff. You are on the bottom floor, so during the daytime hours you can hear people moving above you but it is not disruptive at all. Our hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with the tub which they promptly resolved the very next day. They gave us simple and easy instructions to check-in and check-out. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The place is brand new and has everything you could need for one or two people. It's attached to the main house but is very private and quiet.
