This new construction home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living room, kitchen, a game area with Foosball table, private parking, covered deck, High speed internet, dedicated workspace and Smart TV to access your favorite streams. The covered back deck has comfortable sitting area with a view of the woods with deer often spotted and a nice BBQ grill! This house is made to be fully stocked with all the conveniences of having your own space! Our 2-car garage is also equipped with an air pump, storage space for your helmet and gears, basic tools, a bike stand and a bike rack. Bella Vista/Bentonville trails have it all, from amazing epic long flow rides to jumps and technical lines, beginner to advanced, you won’t be disappointed. Trailforks is a good tool to navigate but do not hesitate to get in touch for tips and advice. The Back40 trailhead is only 0.5 miles from the house and Blowing Springs 0.4 miles using the access behind the “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints”. Bella Vista trails has 2 major loops (Back40 and Tunnel Vision) and several trails crossing them, for instance if you want to access the infamous “The Ledges” without doing the entire Back 40 loop you could enter “Back 40” clockwise then use “Rago” and “Mulligan”. Also make sure to try “Flo Ride/Go Ride”, recently rebuild with some jumps and awesome flow. If you want to mix and match Back40 with Tunnel Vision trails you can cross via the Sugar Bridge trail, not only awesome views but it leads into “Danger Will Robinson” which is a fun tech section. Another must in Bella Vista “Huntley Gravity Park” in the middle of Tunnel Vision, awesome jump lines from beginner to advanced and Wonderland trails(Lake Bella Vista) with some super fun downhill trails such as Area 51, Ace of Spades and Mad Hatter. Within a short drive from the house, you can be at Slaughter Pen, Coler MTB Preserve or Handcut Hollow in Bentonville as well as any other attraction in the area such as Crystal Bridges and Amazeum, all of them a must to see and ride. In about 30min to 1hour drive you will also find so many other places to visit or ride. If you came with spare time and legs, try to visit Eureka Springs not only a very cool town but Lake Leatherwood and Passion Trails are amazing, with Lake Leatherwood offering shuttle services Fri-Sun. Other amazing trails/destinations that you should consider: Devil’s Den, Rogers Railyard and Lake Atalanta, Beaver Lake, Centennial park, Mt Kessler, Mount Fitzgerald, Hobbs state park and the list just keeps growing … We happily provide basic home amenities for you during your stay!
