The staff were really friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist.

Bedsheet wasn’t that clean and there was no hair dryer. Wifi is slow.

The receptionist could learn more about client servicing, especially she's customer-facing.

I am very disappointed, it's an accommodation service why is it there is no front desk staff available 24 hours? then I arrived early the front desk staff was late. In case of an emergency, no one is available to extend help to the guests. I don't know what to say anymore since I think the value of my money paid for the property is also equivalent to the services that I get no wonder.

There was no window in my room at all.The AC unit was poorly located, such that air was directed into a pillar so was ineffective. Dingy location in a narrow street. Taps were poorly mounted and loose. Not worth the A$87 . Its a $35 hotel.

I can hear the noise outside esp the people doing a karaoke 😆 but it is still a great place to stay.

There was no proper information given. The perks that we are supposed to enjoy was not given. We paid for our extended stay early in the morning, yet to our dismay our room was not cleaned & beddings were not changed. Official receipt should be given outright upon payment, not to be asked.
