Amenities included are access to the outdoor lakeside heated pool and Boulder Lake private beach which is only 1 mile away. For the winter months you can't get any closer to Big Boulder Mountain! The slopes are only a short 7 minute (0.35miles) walk or 2 minute drive away. Additional Big Boulder Lake Club amenities include tennis courts, volleyball, playground, subsidized boat rentals, and more! The home comes with 2 parking spots and a private walk to the door.
