5 adults and 6 kids ages 10 to 17 all friends and family stayed at this house over Labor Day Weekend. The house was set up perfectly for 11 of us and slept everyone very comfortably. The house provided everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, boogie boards and a couple of big carts that we used to transport all of our stuff to the beach which was really nice. However, the best part was that the beach was literally a 30 second walk from the house. The beach seemed very private with very few people on it which we loved. Tammy was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, would recommend this house and we would stay here again.

We had a great experience at this property! Tammy had open communication for any questions I had ahead of time. Check in was quick and easy! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper, but bring your own beach towels. There were extra linens in the closets if needed. The garage had a variety of beach toys for kids, and some chairs. Getting to the beach was super easy and convenient (less than 100 yds). We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

We use Rental homes regularly, usually homes aren't as nice as they seem in the description. This home is everything they describe and so much more! Very clean, large, well designed, and great views of the ocean. The beach is private to the development, and about 100 yards from the house. We can't wait to go back next summer!!

I lucked out and found this home for rent very last minute! I was hesitant because there were no reviews but oh my gosh! It was amazing! The home had anything and everything we could want! The sleep setup was perfect! Three full spacious master suites and two rooms with bunk beds! Plenty of space for the 9 of us! Easily could fit a bigger group! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and then some! The kids loved the karaoke machine and pool table! The view is amazing from every room in the house and the walk to the beach was literally a few feet from the driveway! This home is a gem and we will definitely rent again!
