Die Lage sehr zentral. Nähe zum Strand, Nähe zu Geschäften, Supermarkt um die Ecke, ich hatte Zimmer mit Pool und Meerblick in 3 ter Etage, es war ruhig,(Oktober) da es hintenraus liegt, es wird wenn man möchte jeden Tag geputzt, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Seife, Shampoo, Handtücher, Fön vorhanden, gute flache Kopfkissen, Verdunklungsvorhänge gegen Sonne, Steckdosen am Bett, mega nettes Personal, matratzen waren bequem,, eher weich, alles sauber gepflegt, man kann Transfer um Flughafen buchen an Rezeption

Unten gibt's eine Bar, die tagsüber offen hat, der dort angebotene Smothi, bestand aus Eiswürfeln, Sirup u Wasser,, mega süß, konnte ich nicht trinken, Pizza kam aus dem Tiefkühler, Frühstück - die warm gehaltenen Gerichte wie Ei, Speck usw. waren kalt und schmeckten nicht, die Säfte schmecken künstlich, da ist Luft nach oben, Donnerstag Sehr laute Livemusik am Pool bis 23,15 Uhr

The location and the neighborhood are very nice. Great Cala Ratjada to enjoy the beach and evening walks. Swimming pool area is OK but nothing entertaining for kids.

The facilities are quite old, it seems like there was never any renovation done since it was built. Paid wifi, paid safe in the room - was really strange for me. Breakfast and dinner - very average.

The location is very near to beach and the staffs are very friendly. Specifically to mention the food breakfast and dinner is worthy.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable (mostly), and they booked an efficient airport shuttle for us for €20 per person. The room, location, pool, and nearby beach, walking paths and shops were great! Twice a week there are concerts by the pool and the poolside cafe is good and inexpensive.

The check-in time stated on the description was inaccurate and due to that our room was not yet available and we delayed our arrival. The staff were unhelpful about this and one of the night staff is very rude. The day staff are friendly. The included buffet had lots of options, including veg, non-veg, desserts, salads, soups, etc, but most of the food is of poor quality and very processed. The Saturday night dinner was much better than the other nights. The coffee machines are turned off the moment breakfast is scheduled to end, or even earlier. This is frustrating. If you go to sleep early the very loud concerts will disturb you until 23:30.

Location exceptional (2 minutes from a beautiful beach - Cala Moll, 2 minutes from buses to visit the island, 20 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the area - Cala Agulla, in the city but a bit decentred and less busy/croweded) Very relaxed atmosphere Everything went well, the shattle for the airport was on time, the food was quite good, the room was confortable and clean. Nice and helpful staff of the hotel. I stayed at the hotel alone (woman) and I felt very safe.

They charge for everything extra (Wifi, safe locker, drinks) and half bottle of water was 2.60 euros!

Room and Hotel are functional. Air conditioning works well. Shower water is excellent. Location is excellent.

Food is eatable but not enjoyable. GYM is crap and should be taken out of Hotel description.
