Considering our last minute decision to stay here the service was much appreciated

So where to sleep would not stay again.

Facilities are in need of repairs 2 lights did not work. Drain in sink broken and drain in bathtub drained very slowly so when showering stood in water

Superb

The room had everything.. Coffee.. Microwave.. Fridge.. Phone charger spot... Air conditioner.. It smelled so good.. Breakfast was great.. Also had an indoor pool..

I’m 65 years old. They put me on the third floor, no elevator Sheets had stains on them Garbage behind the nightstand Key didn’t work and clerk said he would get me a new one. I had to walk down those three flights of stairs. He didn’t have the courtesy to bring it back up to me

Never stay here

The view and staff were nice

They don't have disabled parking none which are clearly marked Room didn't get cleaned for 2 days and wouldn't bring towels up to us Breakfast room so hot from waffle maker had to leave the room think they need a fan and they lock down both doors at 11pm and u have to call a number to be let out we left a day early no elevator my disabled boyfriend had to walk up 20 stairs to the room we will never stay there again

First...very nice front staff who were helpful and friendly. Room was exactly what I needed and more. I travel a lot and I will continue to book if I am passing through. Thanks kindly.

Location is also important to me. I drive from Vancouver and once I'm through the Coquihaula...I appreciate having a rest, especially winter time.

Comfy, clean, affordable.

Stains in carpet. Impossible to get a comfy temperature with the heater. Pool and hot tub closed for 2 different stays months apart.

That the hot tub was out of service and that the guy tried to charge I think like 30dollars more until I showed him that it was cheaper online

You get what you pay for, it’s definitely average.

The location was good, security around the property was good as well. You get what you pay for with this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly.

No elevator, but you can access the 2nd floor from the backside and only have one flight of stairs to reach 3rd floor. Very disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed, we would have paid the extra 20$ to get a pool at the Ramada right next door and we didn’t know this information until after we paid. Not overly clean and beds are just your standard hotel bed not the best.

The bed were very comfortable and the staff were nice and accommodating

There was pure Ice all over their parking lot. I tried to go for a walk. I got maybe 5 steps and I fell onto the ice and really hurt both my knees and my hands. Later I noticed that I also hurt my hips and was stiff the next morning.

Fair room bad food

Close to hwy beds comfortable and the staff verry pleasant

People in the room above us were noisy and lots of thumping. The people across the hall their dog barking when anyone walked by. People smoking Marijuana out side the door and the smell came into our rooms via the window that we had open for fresh air. The back door was not locked so i didn't feel secure. Would have expected that the room key lock should have been installed. The Chinese restaurant was the worst I've ever been to. DO NOT EAT THERE

decently clean - our bathroom had stains and cracking in it, but you can tell housekeeping cleans- pretty well priced

we were excited about advertised pool and hot tub. wish we knew it wasn’t going to be functional

Clean, friendly staff. Great value for the price.

The location was perfect for my work. Clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.The washer and dryer were clean and inexpensive.

Little more variety for breakfast. The website says they have a pool and hot tub but it isn't working. You can go to their sister hotel and use their facilities which is down the street.
