About this house rental
Beautiful newly renovated contemporary cape with first floor master bedroom. Beautiful outdoor space with new mahogany deck and stone patio with fire pit. 5 minute walk to village 5 minute drive to Dowses beach Sleeps 8 comfortably on almost 6 acres of privacy. Beach pass included 3 bedrooms plus bonus room 2.5 baths a king master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bath, a queen bedroom, a full bedroom and an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds over the garage. There is full bath on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the first floor . Also 2 desks with 2 office chairs for work at home situation.

The house provided everything I needed for a centrally located accommodations. House was very clean, and the king bed is comfy. . Big kitchen. Lovely master bath with a big rain shower. Good communication with the owner.

Overall nice house but disappointing washing machine & wine frig not working. Good space in the house, very clean. No directions to tv & we were told check in was at 4 but frig said 3
