About this house rental
Thanks for your interest in our brand new vacation house in Lakeside - which we are very proud of! See you on the beach. The House: Our 3 bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Other features include a washer & dryer, a back patio with furniture, a gas grill, fire pit, Xfinity Internet, and central air conditioning. And of course the we have a HOT TUB - which is scheduled to be delivered in early July (so no photos available yet). The Beach: Includes private beach access rights to the exclusive New Circle Association Beach. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Never crowded and always relaxing. Amazing sunsets. The Neighborhood: This is a perfect get-away-from-it-all destination that still has modern amenities within easy reach. Union Pier is just 1.5 miles down the road with shops, an awesome farmers market, and fine dining.

We stayed for a weekend girls trip. The house was perfect. Nice layout, well stocked and immaculate. Eli is quick to return messages. We would stay here again. Love the hot tub and fire pit too.

Great property and owner! Any time we had a question, he responded quickly! Closeness to wineries and distilleries made the drive so easy! Fire pit and hot tub were on point!!! Would highly recommend!!!

The home is perfect size for two families or a larger family to getaway. House is super cozy with lots of amenties to make the stay easier (spice cabinet, beach toys, fire pit, yard games, board games. Beach is a short walk down the road but so worth it, had the place to ourselves. Eli is super responsive, would totally stay again

We had a wonderful time in Lakeside, MI area. The home was very nice, clean & the owners had a kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. We greatly appreciated that. The walk to the beach was nice & being on the private beach was great for our group. We will be back.

We had four of us in this very clean, spacious home. The walk to the beach was a pleasant, quick walk, about 5-7 minutes. No busy roads to cross. The stairs to the beach were not bad, one of us has bad knees but no problem. They have a landing half way if you need to stop. The beach is gorgeous, clean. Not many people on it, very nice. The host provided lots of beach towels, bathroom towels, kitchen has everything you need to cook with.
Backyard - porch with outdoor furniture, grill ( we used a few times) fire pit, hot tub ( very relaxing). The area is quiet.
We drove to Union Pier market, just down the road. Plenty of groceries if you need anything. We all had a fantastic time and really did not want to leave. Excellent place, excellent host.

Stay here...just not on the dates we want to return! This is an excellent property with everything you'd want in a VRBO: fantastic location, all the amenities and creature comforts of home, spotlessly clean, and only a short walk from a fantastic little private beach. You really won't be disappointed. You are only a short drive from New Buffalo, which has all of the little shops and restaurants. Another short drive gets you to Warren Dunes State Park. Another gem of the Michigan coast. If you enjoy running or cycling, as my family does, there are plenty of routes along nearby Lakeshore Rd to get in those early morning miles before you enjoy a day at the beach. The communication with the owners is superb and they provide excellent instructions to guide you through your stay.

The home was lovely and close enough to the beach that we could walk. The home was as described and clean! There was enough room for two families with 5 kids to spread out. We really enjoyed our time.

This property was true to its listing. Beautiful location which was private, surrounded by trees, deer and very peaceful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away which was also very quiet during the week. We were at the beach twice a day and New Buffalo is a short 10 minute drive to enjoy a few nights out. The kids didn’t want to leave and neither did we. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Booked from Georgia with hopes it would be nice. Could not believe how comfortable and clean this place was.
Used the private beach every day without being crowded like the public beaches. They have chairs and an umbrella to use which made going to the beach so much easier.
Location is excellent! Central to everything but peacefull. Grandbabies loved the deer and rabbits that visited us.
Will definitely be booking this house again.

We loved this home & location, it was perfect for our family! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the fire pit & hot tub at night. The beach is a short walk away and is great for families. On an overcast day we took advantage of the adventure park and blueberry picking, all within 15 min. Plenty of great places to eat nearby too if you’re not looking to cook. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The house is gorgeous and well-stocked. The extra touches, like chairs and umbrella by the beach, were a special treat. The hot tub is glorious and we loved the bluetooth feature for music. Grill, deck, firepit, soak tub, private beach access, this house has it all. The neighborhood is quiet even though the house is by a busy road and train tracks. This did not deter our stay at all. It was nice to not have houses right on top of us. I would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to kick off our summer! Beautiful home, conveniently located a short walk from Lake Michigan. We loved the private beach. Next time we hope to use the hot tub and will bring some firewood for the fire pit.

There were 5 of us. We had a great time. The house was clean and very well appointed. Hot tub was fantastic. Eli was very helpful and there if we needed him. We will be going back.

Very spacious and clean. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tube was amazing after a day of sightseeing and walking. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of pop up shelter over the hot tub

We loved this property - it was so clean and updated. The location is great, being a short walk to the beach and a ten minute drive down to restaurants and shops. (Just make sure you plan for no Uber or Lyft service in the area!) The house fit five of us easily and comfortably, and we would definitely stay here again!

The house is spacious, gets great light, feels private, and is extremely clean. We made a lot of short walks down to the beach, and loved strolling around in the quiet neighborhood as well. My family loved staying in this home, and we can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home, great location to restaurants, shopping and casino (all under 15min). Wish we would have stayed longer but decided last minute to squeeze a trip on before the weather takes a drastic change. All the amenities of home and then some. And the bathtub 🤩 sadly we didn’t get a chance to use it but there is a possibility we will visit again!

Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations! We plan to be back. Communication with homeowner was easy and very accommodating answering any questions I had prior to our stay as well as being willing to mail something I left. They’ve thought of everything! I really appreciate the obvious eye for detail Andrea and Eli have displayed all throughout the home. My 3 kids are elementary and middle school aged so the spaciousness or this home’s layout was awesome!

My family of 6 really enjoyed this new home. 5 min walk to private homeowners beach was perfect. Very close to restaurants and other activities. Would definitely recommend this place. Homeowner was very accommodating!

Great place! Hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen, washer dryer, beautiful master bath- this place has it all & was really great to stay at! 6 min walk to private beach that was never over crowded was exactly what we hoped for in a beach vacation with little kids. Washer and dryer and kitchen with all necessities was a huge help to this mom of 3 little ones! We relaxed, ate at home, swam, nursed sun burns and ate smores all week! Communication with owner was prompt and helpful- great vacation, hope to come back!

My family really enjoyed our stay at two trees! It was so nice to stay in a sparkly brand new home. It’s very clean, quiet and comfortable. The house is thoughtfully furnished and has everything you need! Tons of amenities! The hot tub was epic! The location of the house was great and the walk to the beach was lovely. The beach itself was awesome too! Wonderful hosts and great communication! We would stay here again for sure!

Lake Michigan Perfection
A beautiful new house that was much more than expected. The hosts have thought of everything, gorgeous beach access, firepit, and hot tub to enjoy in the evening. There is a wagon for toting items to the beach. Best part is the beach chairs are stored at the beach! Great bonus for families. Hosts respond quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again. It was hard to leave.
