absolutely fabulous.

could not fault this place. Suchita was fantastic and nothing too much trouble for her . only two minor things . Would be good to have some kind of racking to put clothes on as had to live out of suitcase and maybe pop in daily to empty lavatory waste bin as didn’t put loo paper down loo . All in all fantastic ambience . loved all the green foliage etc. Didn’t want to leave .

Very good

Nice bungalow, green and quiet territory, big bathroom with hot water.

Beach is near, but it's a little complicated to get there through other hotels and shacks.

Staff helpful, polite and very friendly. They also arranged my airport transportation for me for a lower price than others. The rooms are clean, spacious and the cleanest I've seen since my stay in India. Excellent location, near the beach to enjoy the days at the beach and rest away from the music of the clubs. After the first few nights I decided to extend my stay here because I found it so good Excellent price quality price absolutely recommend!

Wish I could have spent more time here but sadly the hotel was fully booked so best to book in advance. ;)

Stay ambience is awesome. Host and staff are very friendly. Food option is available and it's good. Just 5 minutes walkable distance from Palolem beach and near by you can find many Cafes, restaurants and shops. Bike rentals and Cab facility is also available (For Cab compare to others they charged less from Railway station) Overall is best stay for family with good facilities.

I didn't find anything to talk negative about this place.

We stayed at Sea shades for 6 days and our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was the best of the best. So kind and caring. Always with a smile on their face. Our flight was late and they allowed us to check in at 2 am , arranged a driver for us, arranged a bike for us whenever we asked. Their breakfast is delicious and the resort is in the heart of palolem , just 1 min walk to the beach and shacks. Suchitra from the front desk was a sweetheart , she suggested us the best places to tour around like cola Beach, bat island. All the attractions are only around 20-30 mins around the property. Jayesh and suchitra , thank-you so much for your service.

It was a peaceful, comfortable stay

The place offers a lot of privacy. Even during the festive year end, it was peaceful inside the property.

There is no television in the room. Apart from that, there were no shampoos and hair conditioners provided.

Lovely little chalet, friendly and helpful staff. Set back from the beach so peaceful.

Garden and pathway to rooms are good. Room and washroom was spacious.

The ambience outside the rooms was really good. Washroom was spacious. Friendly receptionist. Overall maintained hygiene.

Wardrobe was not available. The small cupboard which was present inside the room dint had the key to open. There wasn't any dustbin inside the room.

The place has good vibes and has welcoming staff. Definitely worth the money. The staff were generous enough to give us an extra hour for checkout on request

Location was two minutes from beach but there was no proper light provided in front of the property to help the visitors come safely. The service was not there at all since they were telling it was off season. Basic morning tea was also not there.

Unbelievable! How did I miss this place?

Everything! The room, the location and the staff especially. This place has all the 5 star facilities at such a low price. The privacy factor is also very well managed as cottages are designed with a good distance in between them. The AC is super cool, washroom and room cleanniness on daily basis, electric kettle for tea/coffee, refrigerator, the room lightning with multiple dim lights. This place is very near to beach, very near to scooty vendors, taxi vendors and some very good restaurants. Suchita, our host was very courteous and hospitality was amazing. Made us feel extremely special. positive vibes all around this place. This place is good for both couples and families.

Best Value for Money property in South Goa

The property is located very close to the beach and is setup in a beautiful location. The staff is really helpful and Suchita deserves a special mention for helping us with all requests.
