Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment perfect for a getaway with friends or a fun family weekend! **25% off for WEEKLY bookings** Located only 1 mile from the quaint Village of Ellicottville and the slopes! This spacious, modern apartments has all the amenities you could need for your stay! 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment create privacy with a shared living room and dining area to come back together with friends or family. The bathroom is large and includes many amenities to make you feel at home, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Each bed also has it's own set of towels, with extras under the bathroom sink along with a hair dryer and extra toilet paper! The kitchen comes equipped with all the cookware you could need to make a nice meal at home, including pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, full size fridge, toaster and blender! Paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, multi-surface cleaner, an extra garbage bag, and a first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with cable so you are able to log into your own streaming services. There is also a gas fireplace that turns on in the winter months with a flick of a switch to help you warm up after a long day of skiing or shopping! The pull-out couch is comfortable enough to lounge on all day or sleep on overnight! The linens for the couch are located in the closet of one of the bedrooms. There is an in-unit washer/dryer with all supplies included for your use as well. Some other amenities we provide include a broom/dustpan, mop, hangers, extra pillow and blanket in each closet and an iron and ironing board. There are ski lockers located at the base of the stairs if you need to store your winter gear, just be sure to bring your own lock! Come stay with us! This property is equipped with security cameras. The cameras are located on the back of the building facing the parking lot and in the main hallway of the upper level where the apartments are located.

The apartment was nice, clean and very well equipped/ furnished. It was conveniently located above a Tim Hortons which was a big perk. 4 minutes from the heart of Ellicottville so super close to mostly everything. The only downside was the sound of traffic/ semis pulling over to get Tim's at the wee hours of the morning but white noise solved that problem. We would recommend and definitely plan to stay again.

The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Ample towels, dishes, appliances, TV's and the fireplace make for an enjoyable stay. The sunlight through the windows brighten every morning. Convenience of coffee and breakfast downstairs is a plus but could easily be made in the pretty kitchen area. We came to ski and the snow was sparse so it was nice to have a comfortable home babe to hang. We would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed at this property during a quick ski trip. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. No need to purchase dish soap, hand-soap, paper towels, etc…it was already supplied. The property was exceptionally clean and quiet, no noise at all from Tim Horton’s below. There was plenty of room for six people. There are ski lockers inside the entrance door, you need to provide your own lock. The drive into Ellicottville was about 1 minute. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a great time staying here for our ski trip. The apartment was VERY clean and modern , had everything we needed and was close to town and Holiday Valley ski resort. Checking in and out was a breeze. You do hear some traffic noise from the street below but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The place is very easy to get to and I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Spacious, bright, clean, well-stocked. About a 20 minute walk into town. Three middle-aged friends who all appreciated having their own beds (one on comfortable pull-out in the living room), full size fridge etc. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect, very close to Holiday Valley & downtown Ellicottville. It only took moments to get to the grocery store for food & drinks. The Tim Hortons downstairs made breakfast easy and the brewery across the street had great food & drinks as well. It was a perfect weekend getaway!
