I love the Embassy Suites it is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. My only concern at this Embassy Suite is that the hot tub jets are never working every time I visit here. This is something that they really need to look into and fix.

Great service at breakfast which was very good. Friendly and helpful people. The gym could use a clean-up but overall it was great. Will stay there again!

Plumbing issues, filthy pool, broken elevators

Very comfortable with good bar and excellent breakfast with made-to-order omelette counter Front desk staff very attentive. The only minus was an outt yr-of-order elevator that wasn’t fixed for the duration of my stay. There weee 3 functioning ones but to have one down was an annoyance in a fairly large 8 floor property. I’d stay there again on another occasion, though.

Honestly, I come to the same place just about every month for business and it has been getting worse with every visit. There's always a problem with the elevators which usually is just annoying but this time was troublesome for me. I recently had surgery and had to push the luggage cart up the handicap ramp which has tight turns and then when I finally got upstairs I was given a handicap accessible room. Since I didn't need that accommodation and I didn't want to take it from someone else I called down and the lady told me to come down and get a new key. Well, I wasn't going to leave all my stuff in the hallway upstairs and I couldn't really bring it all the way back down again because of doctor's orders. So a sweet lady brought me a key to a new room. When I got there the key didn't work. So she went down to get another key. This time the key worked but the room was already occupied. Awkward! Finally she got a key to a third room which finally worked. By then, it had been over 45 minutes of standing in the hallway waiting and not feeling great. I don't think I'll be back. Oh and the bonus was that I got charged for parking as well, which is something relatively new but still not the type of great customer service I had grown to expect from embassy suites.

Paid for a double bed and was told expedia sent infj for King. I showed my confirmation for double beds, receptionist said it was on expedia. Also this room was on the website for$20 cheaper. I want my $20 back.......

The elevators were not working well, some were out of order. The indoor pool was cold and dirty. Clumps of hair floating in it. The gym temperature was hot.
The breakfast was wonderful! Staff was wonderful. Our room was clean.

Paying for parking with no security

The hot tub for adults was overturned by little children and very unclean. The staff was not attentive to my complaints. I did not enjoy my night.

Couldn’t adjust thermostat, it started at 69. Shower (handicapped room) put water all over the floor. Room clock not set back. I shouldn’t have relied on it.

Everything was good the coach bed didn’t work so we had to be moved to another room other wise it was good

Room was cold. The thermostat on the wall was misleading. It did not control the room temperature.
Breakfast was very good, but again, the space was cold.

Cold water one day, Site should have offered complementary night as there was not hot water. A self pay colleague was offered a free night. Can Expedia refund a night to our account?

We were disappointed with our 3-day stay this time and we stayed here several times over the last years. No room service the first day and at our last day no hot water to take a shower. On day of arrival there was a condom right outside of our hotel room door, disgusting. Another bummer is that they started charging 12$ per day for parking. Three quarters of the lot was empty. We got compensated with HH points (the equivalence of 1 night) for our not so great stay but still I will hesitate to go there again as a Hilton honors member

The property was clean and staff was extremely friendly. The pool hours were terrible and even when it was supposed to be open it said it was closed. There was never more than one elevator working at the same time. We have to go back to the area in 2 weeks.it was convenient to where we had to go but not sure if we will stay there again

I swore I would not go back here a few years back. The staff told me they eye going to have an extensive remodeling. So, have it another chance. Newish furniture. The plane is still falling apart. Crap plumbing, not installed properly. Few things not working. TV not programmed well. I will never go back here. What an embarrassment to Embassy Suites and to Hilton brands

Was amazing experience. The staff were amazing. However the pool maintenance is not being kept up when we went. The pool chemicals were not the right condition. Only know this as a person who works in pools all the time.
Would recommend better training about pool maintenance to staff.

Hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays. My room is very large. Staff is very polite & helpful. Room is very clean.

Very nice stay, but one elevator out of service and another one had some issues. They ran short on towels. Our safe couldn't be opened and thus was unusable.
But, worst of all is the ridiculous $12 per night parking fee. This is a suburban hotel with a large outdoor lot, not an urban hotel where parking is extremely limited and expensive and there is a garage. In fairness, this fee was adequately disclosed so it wasn't a surprise, but it is total B.S.

Nice hotel where the rooms are cheap, but parking is expensive. 12$ for parking even though they have no idea if you park there or not. You”re getting charged for parking. “Who does that?”
3.0
I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much. The room was very comfortable, the staff was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. What is ridiculous, though, is having to pay for parking everyday. Makes no sense whatsoever. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It is in the suburbs with its very own, expansive parking lot for which there has never been a charge. To arbitrarily charge for parking now, per night, is a strange money grab. If the complimentary happy hour, which many people will not take advantage of, is meant to offset the sting of this nightly charge, I would say it fails.

Great place to stay for a quick get away.
Awesome lobby bar tenders, comfortable rooms, top notch breakfast.

Bit surprised, unhappy with a $12 night parking fee. Simple money grab that no hotels in area do.

Stayed over Thxgvg for family gathering at brother's house nearby. Was a great stay in 2018 and only got better! The renovation was fantastic - CLEAN, SAFE, AND CLASSY...and I hold high standards on cleanliness (military officer, healthcare worker). The only one comment was engineering had thermostat lockout too low on a night it unexpectedly got very cold (20's) and room was pretty cold. Front desk sent up a portable fan heater that worked like a champ to keep the family comfy!
When you factor in pet friendly yet ZERO noise or smell of pet or expression of pet dander, and then THE ABSOLUTE BEST OMELETTE BAR ANYWHERE (!), you'd be remissed if you didn't book a stay! We'll be coming back and ONLY staying at Embassy strictly based on these two factors - pet allowance and rockstar omelette bar. Did I mention the omelette bar! Killer breakfast!

Free parking - gone
Free wifi - gone
$12 a night for parking? That's a junk fee.
Need to download the Hilton App for wifi access. No thanks.
Breakfast was a real plus. The staff does a great job with the food.
With all of the other options near by, we're going to try our luck elsewhere next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It looked as if it had just opened, as it appeared to be so pristine. The room was spacious and provided us with everything we needed. The included breakfast also provided us with many good choices and the coffee was very good. The apple was even delicious. We would definitely stay there again.
