Everything was good, i do recommend you post the correct pictures in the correct room details so we know what we are getting. And let visitors now, most balconys are tiny, can only fit two chairs barely, basicly thats the size, two chairs and a square side table with no leg room.

We have stayed at this Residence Inn a number of times over the years and it is one of our favorites. The breakfast is great and the suite options are nice when you bring the kids.

The hotel was well staffed and Kit especially helped us out at check in. There were a few things in the lobby that needed maintenance but it didn’t inconvenience us.

The room was comfortable for our family of 4. I was not a fan of the sofa bed , as the mattress was not very comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better. We ended up finding someone’s Pringle snacks in the cupboard and a pair of crocs under the bed. It reminds me of a little studio apartment. We end up having to pay for parking , which was about $40/night.

We checked in, and was told the room we wanted and had picked was not available, they upgraded our room to a minie suite, which was not the view or the room we needed.
It was dirty, sheets had body hair and we found a small dead bug , tv in the king bed room was not working at all, towels had stains on them . For what we paid was expensive and extremely disappointing.

Great hotel! Not happy that I had to pay $97.32 to park my car at the hotel during our stay. I will be mindful the next time I book that I read the small print. The hotel is clean, staff VERY friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had great tasting hot food and there was something for everyone. The fitness center was clean and had plenty of updated equipment to use. Our only complaint was that the Hot tub was not
“hot”.

We have stayed here numerous time and is our favorite hotel in Seattle. Amazing breakfast, close to the bus and the trolly, always clean, staff is accommodating and the beds are perfect

I had an amazing trip to Seattle most of all because I was able to stay in a clean quiet environment with my fur baby. No weight or breed restrictions and everyone was friendly and welcoming. It’s right downtown and in a nice area to take her for a walk. This is going to be my go to place from now on when I’m in Seattle

We had a great time here and we loved that the kitchen came equipped with silverware and pots and pans, etc. Room was clean and staff was nice. One bummer was our microwave didn't work though. Pull out couch/bed was the cheapest mattress ever and you can feel the springs, and only a tiny small blanket. Luckily we didn't have to use that to sleep and the main bed was great. Wasn't as close to the part of downtown we were wanting, but we would definitely stay here again ! Also the breakfast was fantastic and hot and fresh, but not what you see in the pictures.

Missed a day of housekeeping when I requested it on the 3rd day but they got it done on the 4th day. They usually come every 6th day so maybe they missed the sign on my room door requesting for service. Otherwise my stay was great, having a kitchen was nice. Ordering delivery food to my hotel room was convenient.

The event of people screaming it up after midnight, just one call and it was addressed
Location fabulous , parking lot secure, looking forward to some spring weather there

Was hoping for a nice view, but ended up with a view of public storage facility. The staff was friendly aside from one gentlemen who insisted we only are allowed the two bottles of water in our room. Despite me seeing the front desk giving a woman 3 bottles extra when she asked. The price was fair and we were able to come as go as we pleased without fuss. Fellow patrons were friendly and respectful. We would stay again. Just remember to bring your own water.

I always reserve rooms for my crew. I did this time like I always do over Expedia and I then usually call the front desk and tell them who will be checking in. I’ve done this many times at other hotel chains. This hotel would not let me. So I had to make new reservations over the phone for my employee to stay that night. I tried to cancel the room for two nights through Expedia and had to pay for those nights too. The front desk was not willing to work with me.

Gave a poor on one because our TV did not work the entire time we were there. Maintenance came up and looked at it and said they couls not fix it. Was offered a room move but at my age that was a bit more trouble then needed. Just expected a bit more and working appliances when paying the price paid.

Good property. Great design interior with the view of lobby inside. Parking 40$ per night is rip off. Breakfast is not that great unfortunately, just doesn't have the taste. Half scrambled eggs are almost raw.
Staywise its great, other amenities not so great

The staff and the breakfast was superb. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The breakfast along was worth the stay. I look forward to staying here again.

My children and I stayed in a King Suite for one night. The staff were competent professional and cordial. The lobby was beautiful and my children and I felt fancy. There was a pool and hot tub that was open late. The room was spacious, the kitchen had a nearly full sized refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, silverware, spatulas and spoons... I was just so impressed. The front desk was responsive and cordial at all hours (I called past nine, and again before seven). People had dogs, but nothing smelled like dog, nor did I hear barking. Hot breakfast was served in the great room/lobby. All around great experience.

We were told our room would be ready at 4pm, so when we arrived at 6pm and the room still wasn’t ready, we were perplexed as to why we had to sit and wait for it to become ready. Not blown away by the service. Very irritated that we were woken up by a call from the front desk letting us know check out was at 11, we didn’t request a wake-up call, so thought it was very strange we received one — that has literally never happened at any other hotel we’ve stayed at before. Can’t say we’ll be back.

Unfortunately we kept having issues with the access cards which kept on getting deactivated and we would have to go down to front desk multiple times to get the key cards working. Also the restaurant does not have msny options to choose from to order. Sundays they were closed

Great hotel for families!

Didn’t like two things
1-waited more than an hour and a half to get my room ready.
2-minimum housekeeping once every two days where no cleaning is done only towel change and trash removal.
Other than that everything was fine.
