Beds were very hard, this is an OLD hotel and it shows. Rooms are incredibly small!!! Says balcony but you can’t go out on it, I wouldn’t fit a person or chair outside anyway. Hallway smells funny

This was a great hotel all around. I highly recommend it for PIR weekend! It has EVERYTHING you would need and be try convenient to shopping and additional dinning if needed!

Check in woman took her time to ask what brought us to the area, even with people waiting behind me. While she worked we chatted about the area, where to park when we went to a concert in town, etc. She was very efficient, very helpful and never flustered while getting us checked in. We travel a lot and I would say it was the nicest check in ever!
The lobby, breakfast area and our room were all very clean.
Breakfast was different. Not your normal breakfast buffet. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. Food wasn’t great but good coffee.

Really great hotel! You have to pay for breakfast. I opted to add $20 at the time of booking so we could have breakfast. You order from a menu and they cook it fresh for you. Seriously the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve had! $20 for a family of 4. Very comfortable mattresses. The pool and hot tub were great!

The first person we meet in guest services was amazing, had us all laughing at check in. Our tv did not work so they quickly assisted uss with moving to a different room. Over very happy.

Fantastic location for a family trip. Tons of food/shopping options. The hotel is newly renovated. Check in was quick and painless. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. Pool was clean and a great way for the kids to burn off energy. Starbucks in the lobby was an awesome start to the day. A great stay and would highly recommend.

Overall the place was very nice and rooms were well maintained. However, we were across from an extremely loud family and we had to call the front desk and complain. They never got more quiet and the hotel, did nothing about it. Extremely disappointed with the experience

A fantastic stay while we celebrated our Sailor’s graduation. They even had print out packets which gave all of the info we needed for ticket pickup, maps, and information about drop off / base locations for the Sailors. Nearby places to walk and eat. Spacious rooms, very hot water and a pool, hot tub and gym to boot. Friendly staff, a cafe downstairs with Starbucks coffee. This is a great choice for your graduation event!

Wow! Super convenient hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean. Room was comfortable and welcoming. I couldn't get the balcony door open but it's December so I didn't bother asking. Pool area is nice but watch your step it's very slippery. This is the best hotel especially for the price I have stayed at in a very long time. I will definitely be back.

Stayed here after a show at the theater. Enjoyed the whirlpool and pool. Walked to breakfast at a neighboring restaurant. Comfortable accommodations.

Absolutely love what they have done with the place! Our new favorite spot! Staff was quick and attentive. Starbucks and restaurant on site that was delicious. Pool was very clean and quiet. Loved the balcony with courtyard view. Good dining options as well as department stores. Property was undergoing renovations at the time but wasn’t an inconvenience. Worth every dollar. Will be back!

Everything was perfect. I requested a fan and an extra sheet and they were very speedy to get my needs met! I would definitely stay again!

Check was great, nice and friendly. The next morning however was a different story. Went for our breakfast, which we had paid before hand. There was some mix up with breakfast for a group of soccer players (kids) that had the restaurant staff in a bad mood. They were rude and I could see how displease the group was. That attitude continued with us, my husband and I decided to leave. Customer service can make your stay great or unsatisfactory.

Employees are great. Other guest? People were having sex in one room with their door open. At 2am sounded like someone was being slammed against the wall 8 times.

The hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment and so there is a bit of disruption to the area around the hotel and a temporary access has been created. However, the refurbished rooms are superb and the staff as always are unfailingly welcoming and helpful

The first room we were in was so small and not what I was expecting they moved us to a different room. There was construction all over the hotel and the indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub was not turned on.

Very friendly check in. THE Gentleman that checked us in had amazing customer service.and every time i was walking through the lobby he always smiled and spoke to me whether it was plain jane question or if we needed help. Room was great and offered more linen if we needed it. Ill stay here again. Of course ill be back due to the fact my son is in the Navy and will attend school there on base.;)

The stay overall was good. Location was excellent. Room was great. Just as advertised. Very clean and functional. The staff didn't seem to want to be at work and there seemed to be some attitude when asking questions. Also, I received a $40 charge on my card, but on the invoice, it was $0. So, I'm not sure what the charge was for. Honestly, I'd like to call about it, but don't even want to bother at this point.
