Has a kitchen with utensils, which made it easy to make breakfast. The Sofa is not comfortable, and bed is soft.

When we arrived, the layout made me think of one of those Escher pictures with seven buildings which appeared to be folded together. However, once we got the idea of where things were, we were fine. It is convenient to major arteries but is also very quiet. The kitchenette has just the basics, so you should bring any extra utensils, plates, etc. as needed. The kitchenette has a microwave and Keurig available. The main room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was also clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy.

When I made the reservation the property was managed by Sonesta; when I arrived the property was managed by another company Avia. The new company changed many things such as no longer serving a continental breakfast, no longer having a business center. There were numerous quirky things, such as coffee coffee in the lobby being cold in day old; the stools for the breakfast bar in the suite we're not tall enough to reach the counter there is no maid service so garbage accumulated: although there was a stove top and a full size refrigerator, there were no sponges to wash dishes nor a way to dispose of garbage. The front desk was only open till 8:00 p.m., there was literally no food on the premises, not even vending machines. This required getting in a car to grab a soda or a candy bar. The parking arrangements required parking a distance from where my room was and I had to haul up all my luggage and belongings. I would not stay there again.

i love to see the hotel Being updated with new locks. but this should of neen done before our check in time. we had a maintenance worker in our room for 20 min putting the new lock on. it was uncomfortable and felt like a invasion of our privacy

Room was not really up to expectations on cleanliness. Visible mold on air vent in kitchen. Walls and tabletops clearly hadn’t been wiped down recently. My room window was left open from a previous guest, which is obviously a security concern. Overall, the general property was also a disappointment. Not enough trash cans outside so there was trash piled about. The gym equipment in the gym was ancient even by cheap hotel standards.

We ask for feather free but no one ever actually set us up with feather free took three requests. The room smelled terrible like someone had smoked cigarettes, very musty. We couldn't get hold of the front desk because they were gone for the day.No one around to help us. We asked for a refund. They told us we'd have to contact hotels dot com. We ended up moving to the A.C hotel marriott downtown worcester. We will never stay at the Avia property again, and will tell our friends to avoid. We had actually considered Avia For a long term rental but obviously changed our minds. The place is dilapidated, it was even scary walking up the rusted amd concrete busted stairwell.

It was a nice place, but having to walk outside in the frigid cold to reach your room wasn’t fun. Had problems with the keycards working, and when you’re on the 3rd floor, out in The open and can’t get in the building was frustrating. No linens provided for the pull out sofa, and again had to bundle up to go to the lobby from your room and carry a comforter, linens, and pillow back upstairs while bundled up in a winter coat because of the cold was upsetting. As far as around the property, we arrived at night, and wasn’t interested in surveying the property In The cold.

I liked the configuration of the room with a small living room. Free free problems. It said a week equipped kitchen and I called in advance about that. But, there were just 2 frying pans and one very large pot. Not great for making tea... The tub drained very slowly. TV reception was not very good. Still, overall, I like this place.

Ran out of hot water, no bedding for pull out couch, all 3 phones in room didn’t work, poor service.

Quick check-in, surprisingly spacious room, comfortable bed, and the sofa-bed was comfy too. Plenty of drinks and foods were available at the desk to stock the room. The TVs in the room were showing a bit of age, but they worked fine, and the hotel's wi-fi was pretty quick most of the time. Absolutely would recommend it.

Nice clean hotel with good hot breakfast. Not a lot of food options near the hotel. Will stay again.

Everything was great! Except the toilet seat, a little more attention was needed.

It was great to have a full kitchen with pans and utensils. I was able to cook and make my own food. Was a productive trip and hotel is close to all the places I had to go.

This is a very quiet attractive property where I have stayed twice. The breakfast is excellent. I visited with my sister. The room was advertised with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Bedding for the sofa bed was not provided until requested and there was no way to tuck it in. Also no tea bags in room or in the snack area. Otherwise a good stay.

Reservation said checkin was 3pm. I arrived at 2:45 to be told that the policy was just changes and now checkin is 4pm. They were, however, able to get me a room before 4pm.
Shower head shot water to ceiling and flooded the bathroom floor. Bedroom TV did not work properly. In room coffee machine did not work.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Rooms a bit run down. Could use an update. Charging ports did not work.

Convenient for a familly of 5, breafast was a hit or miss. They ran out of food a few times before the end of their breakfast schedule. Towels and face clothes were also hard to have at times.

Large beautiful suites, 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher! Very clean and quiet, all at a very reasonable price, lowest in the area.

The Sonesta ES Suites in Westborough, MA, was a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean with sliding doors separating the sitting room from the bedroom. My only complaint was that we were unable to get the air conditioning to cool the room below 77 degrees, so we had to open the window in the bedroom for cooler air. I still highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet. Only issue I had was the bedroom tv didn’t work properly. It was stuck on a business channel. Volume or change channel buttons worked. Living room tv was also old and not functioning properly. Other than that, very comfortable stay.

Nice Property, Well Located.

The room and hallway smelled awful! They had to change our room due to a horrible odor in the sink. The new room smelled like fish. The “hotel” has permanent residents who cook smelly food and leave trash in the hall. We would not recommend this location. Find a traditional hotel instead.

Overall this hotel is good. We were disappointed by the service. We booked a one bedroom suite for 3 persons. The room only has one queen size bed in the bedroom. Hotel did not set up the sofa bed for us at all.
