Clean and well-kept. Economical stay.

Overall a nice and clean property. My only concern was the heat/AC controls. It was cold outside but hot inside the room. Finally was able to get the temp adjusted using the AC controls.

Service from check-in was not great. We receiced 1 key for 2 people and 2 nights. The key expired after 1 day so we had to go back to the desk. The 2nd gentleman who helped us waa much better. The room and the building was not exceptionally clean.

We requested and received an accessible room, but there was no shower bench or chair available. For $35 they could buy one that would last, but they lacked the consideration to provide one. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been in. Booked a nonsmoking room and it smelled of smoke. There was blood on the walls. Burn holes on chair and bedding. When we asked for a nonsmoking room he said it was. Instead of putting us in a clean, nonsmoking room he kept asking us if we wanted to check out. He then blamed everything on cleaning staff. He refused to refund us any money. We called and begged a hotel for a room and they told us to head over.

The property was an older motel but well maintained. Our room had everything you expect and need during a stay. Fridge, safe,hairdryer and plenty of towels etc. Easy parking. My favorite thing was the bed. Soooo comfortable. One glitch during check-in. I booked thru Expedia and they hadn't sent my paid reservation thru but the motel staff, who were very friendly and helpful, put me in a room so I could get comfortable and figured it out. All was good when I left. If I am ever in that area I will stay again. Thank-you.

Clara was an absolutely amazing help, getting me through my stay with care that was above and beyond.

The carpet in the room was wet. There may be a leak in the sink. Carpet was dingy and musty. People living in the hotel were loud and not respectful to the guests. Woman constantly yelling at her kids. Not very welcoming.

Nice staff. The conditions of the property was slightly run down but our room was clean. Questionable guests smoking directly near the entrance of the rooms.

Only reason I lowered it at all, is the TV didn't. Room was very clean, comfortable. Sam, at the Front desk was OUTSTANDING! He did everything he could to accommodate me! Thank-you Sam!

Had a no smoking room but room’s around were smoking and could smell it all nite.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We reserved two rooms that were listed as non-smoking. Sadly, one of the room for me and my wife wasn't. The smell was fresh out of any 70s bar. Was horrible. The hotel told us upfront they were full, so no hopes to even ask for a change. We both suffer from allergies and are non smokers so we make sure to reserve rooms per our needs. We had to attend an event early in the morning and our attire stunk. Just don't list things your hotel can't offer. Reserving a non smoking room sometimes is because of health issues. We shouldn't have to discuss that, it was listed and we chose it at your price.

The ice maker did not work on the first floor at 6:30am.

Bed was great, room had everything we needed.

Dirty! Bed spreads had holes in them and shower drain had a huge ball of hair in it. Curtains would not shut completely. Stay here only as a last resort!

The young woman on duty on Saturday 10/16 in the afternoon was rude and down right nasty. We arrived at 2:40 pm. We were told that we would not be able to get in our room until 3:00. We came back at 3and we’re told that there would be no check in until after 4:00. I had made the reservation(2 rooms) over a month in advance. We were in town for a 4:30 wedding just outside Culpeper and needed to get dressed for that. That’s when the desk clerk turned really nasty. Fortunately, one of the cleaning staff came in and overheard the discussion. She tried to reason with the desk clerk and was treated as poorly as we were. She finally made the desk clerk tell her our room numbers. She told the desk clerk that she had cleaned both rooms and that they were ready for occupancy. The desk clerk continued to argue with us and the cleaning woman and told us again to come back at 4:00. The nice cleaning lady persisted and finally convinced the desk clerk to check us in. It was all a very bizarre situation. Thank goodness for a voice of reason from your cleaning staff. We thanked her over and over again and made it to the wedding on time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The same desk clerk was on duty the next morning and I was sure to voice my feelings to her about her unwarranted and mean spirited treatment of customers that simply wanted to check into their hotel rooms! PS We observed other customers of yours receiving the same nasty treatment as we were given

Staircases were rusted out, one was closed and the other was a hot mess. Room was overall ok, bed covers had holes burnt in them. The AC worked well enough, temperature control was good. Grossed out to find stink bugs on the walls and ceilings. Place was booked solid, no other options, so we dealt with it. Won't be visiting Quality Inn's in the future.

Absolutely terrible! As soon as we walked in, there was an extremely strong chemical spray scent. At first we thought it was odor remover to cover up smoke smell, but after about 15 minutes, both my daughter and I had an allergic reaction. We also noticed the ceiling paint peeling and moldy areas. The room was like what you see in horror movies. Due to the reaction we had, we had to find a different hotel.

I was disappointed I was not sent a receipt via email. The desk attendant was supposed to adjust the amount charged for the safe which she did not do because my charged amount was more than the estimate. It was an expensive weekend, and thought she would send the receipt so I could confirm all the charges were correct.
