There was mold on the ceiling and could see water damage. Staff didn’t care. Bathroom wall has something all over it. Elevator had sign stating only one or two people at a time, carpet had ripples in it as it was coming up or not installed correctly- my child tripped on it every time

The air was turned off in the room so everything was damp and smelled. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and many doors were boken. The breakfast was really good and super friendly staff!

The pool outside is excellent to swim in

The room smelled horrible and it was very dirty bathrooms, beds and floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Maid service was provided daily and the beds were made. Pleasurable stay while visiting a beautiful area.

Anthony, the manager on duty, was extremely rude. He admitted while trying to check in that Marriott overbooked the hotel because of the Chris Stapleton concert & horse races on the weekend of April 23, 2022. My husband & I along with 2 friends had lined up & paid for rooms on March 26, 2022. We even received an email from Marriott allowing us to check in on April 22, 2022 and the email not only had a confirmation number but also had “your room is guaranteed”. However when we tried checking in, Anthony would not allow us a room. Said because we booked through Hotels.com & it was a 3rd party site, they would only allow Marriott members whom paid through only Marriott to check in & have a room. They had become overbooked in the 2 days prior. But those of us whom booked a month out were told there was nothing they can do. They wouldn’t even help us find other rooms! We have used Hotels.com for years & have NEVER had this type of problem or service! Anthony & his employees had no compassion & only wanted the rooms more expensively booked! We needed up finding the last 2 rooms over 30 miles away mere hours before the concert started. We ended up late to the concert because of Marriott & the rudeness!!

Close to highway and lots of restaurants, great room, comfortable, very clean for a pet friendly hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay again

It was clean and quiet. We did drive past it twice as we came around 8 pm and it was dark. There is no lighting in front doors outside and the lights didn't work on the side we had to enter to go to our room. That needs to be fixed. But the room was clean. The breakfast was good and Fred is a delightful man to talk to. Very courteous. All in all a great place.

Expect a high level of cleanliness. Bathtun was best up and there was a musty smell in the room

Stopped here on our way to TN for vacation. I read lots of other reviews before deciding on this hotel... glad we did! It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Don't hesitate to book!

The first room that we were given smelled really musty. We were given a new room that was better. However, it had a broken shower rod that was supposed to be fixed the next day, however maintenance crew did not show that day. So it was supposed to be fixed the next day, but they forgot. We were offered another room but did not want to move all of our stuff again. Also the pool was not functioning our entire stay which if we had known that, we would have chosen a different hotel.

Beds were super comfortable and pillows were huge and soft, wasn’t even able to use two because they were so big. Breakfast offering was nice. Would be great if they made items available for grab and go should you be leaving much earlier then the breakfast hours, especially since this location is right on the interstate.

Request rooms close to each other due to traveling with senior parent... no availability. Room had no hot water in the shower. Was given a different room. Maintenance was very helpful. Will look for other options in the future.

Only stayed one night but it was clean, quiet, and overall comfortable. I did not think the bed was too comfy but I also struggle with sleeping anywhere that isn't home. Will stay here again.

This hotel did nothing for maintenance for their rooms it seemed. 1st off, the front desk attendant gave us a room key to which we entered our room late at night, walking in on another angry couple. Scary situation and thought. Also not fun having to get a 2nd room really pregnant, and then no attendant to be found when we walked right back up to the front desk for a different room.2nd, got a different room. Lady didn’t seem too apologetic whatsoever about what happened but okay. 3rd, toilet ran loudly all night and sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain when I took my makeup off for just a few minutes running the water. 4th, I’ll say it was decently comfy. Not a terrible stay, but pretty unwelcoming overall.I’m a 99% hotel booker off of reviews and don’t complain on reviews really ever. Hope this is helpful.

Overall ok. Place was pretty empty due to CoVid mess. Generally clean. The one thing that made our overnite stay less than great was the terribly noisy AC unit in our room. Sounded like an airliner taking off.

It served its purpose - it was an overnight stay, location close to I-75 was the determining factor in choosing this hotel. Spent welcome rewards and paid a small difference to hotels.com. That didnt keep the Hotel from billing my Credit Card in full for one night. Currently disputed with the CC Company

The hotel is older and could use some updating. Biggest problem is the room on the highway side, it feels like there is NO WINDOWS in the room at all, worst part the manager on the front desk knew that and they are planning on doing renovations down the road. In the winter months put plastic up on the inside of the windows, that would certainly help. Winds howling through all night and the traffic keeps you up all night plus the beds are very uncomfortable. The inside rooms was great just the one we had on the highway side. TRUST ME IF THEY GIVE YOU A HIGHWAY SIDE ROOM GET IT CHANGED or you wont sleep much.

The quality and cleanilness of the hotel was fine. the amenities surrounding of the hotel was not great. stay with my son and there was nothing to do. closest attractions where in Lexington KY.
