I had the pleasure of staying at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore, and I must say, my experience was largely delightful. The staff, particularly Diab Khokker, deserves special commendation for their prompt and attentive service. Diab's instant replies truly enhanced the overall experience, ensuring any queries or concerns were swiftly addressed.Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Mureed Abbas, the room cleaning person. Coming back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring Lahore was truly refreshing.However, while the service exceeded expectations, I found the culinary offerings to be lacking. The food, though satisfactory, did not quite meet the high standards one would expect in a city renowned for its culinary delights. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect, perhaps by diversifying the menu or enhancing the flavor profiles to better reflect the rich culinary heritage of Lahore.Overall, my stay at the Pearl Continental Hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. With a few tweaks to the dining experience, it has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Nice clean, with a good choice of restaurants inside, nice, spacious and quite room; I stayed very limited time to test some more facilities (gym or something else), crowded but good breakfast. I can say basically a real 5 stars

Lack of communication and elevator usage due to Pakistan international cricket team was there. Had to switch up to 2 different elevator to get to my room.. Extremely disappointed!

Room was filthy, main door of my room opened automatically, shower water was stuck in the tub, plumber came and plunged, still problem was there, this hotel shouldn’t even pass two stars. Disgusting !

It has turned into an oversized 2 star hotel. the only thing that stands out is the attitude of its staff. in all the restaurants and elsewhere..their helpful attitude and energy is the only thing that impressed me. Sakura ( Japanese restaurant ) is close since last few years but it still shows up in its advertising and website.

When we arrived ,we werre told to provide a deposit of 15000 per day .in total we paid 45,000 rupees .when we checked out We were been given back only 30,000 rupee As on the receipt they had only written that amout. I asked to check . But no success. Im disappointed with this aspects of the hotel. As it was one of the staff who did this .and not hotel policies. Please look into this . As im not happy.

I would like to get refund for 2 of the rooms booked 5 air conditioning not working in all room had to call reception no iron no hair dryer provided stayed on 2nd floor as I came out of the lift bad smell all the way to my room, room smelled bad will not stay in this hotel and would not recommend to anybody and tell people who want to stay not to stay there very bad experience

Staff and service was great at PC Lahore and they strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. However, the building is old and beaten-up and requires renovations.

Comfortable room. Excellent helpful front desk and room service. Complimentary breakfast is the best. Excellent spa services. Hotel needs renovation and exterior painting. Car park plaza is unsightly and needs improvement in its outlook.

Service is the only good thing. Food is horrible all buffet not a place for people to enjoy old pool spa had only two massage options but people the best. Rooms old. Bad view broken furniture mosquitoes everywhere

Unfortunately PC Hotel didn't provide me the option to pay cash or by card..Facilities are very poor such as shower system is not fitted correctly, sofa chairs are dirty also they didn't provide any kettle for tea or coffee maker, some of the furniture they really needs to be replaced.
