We were just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours close to the airport before our flight, yes the hotel is dated, but it was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable, the staff was very polite, professional and welcoming. As a bonus there was a full breakfast included which was as good as any of the more expensive hotels.

Great stay for an economical price. Very close to the main mall and walmart and cinelplex which was walking distance. Was quiet. Girls at the front desk and also housekeeping are very kind and considerate. The fact that they have breakfast too at the price is amazing. Rooms were clean and wifi decent.

After paying for the room through Hotels.com, I arrived at the hotel and was told I needed a credit card for the security deposit. When I advised them that I only have a visa/debit. I was told they only take a credit card. When I asked "what do I do now?" The staff said I had to cancel my reservation. I understand policy but not everyone has a credit card.

The bed is comfortable and everything was quite clean. I went here because there was a charging station, but these two spots were taken by non EV vehicles, so maybe better signage in front of the chargers would help? overall good experience

Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, very clean.Excellent breakfast with lot’s of choices. Only downfall is there is No shuttle service to the airport. We enjoyed our stay there would stay again!

On the plus side: It was New Years and the room beside us was very loud. The staff was very professional and got them to (somewhat) quiet down. I hope they didn’t make too much of a mess for the staff to clean up. On the negative side: the vending machines were out of service

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom tap was dirty as well as the bedside table. There was also screaming in middle of the night, which woke me up. The toilet was running every so often in the middle of the night also. Had a terrible sleep.

We waited 5 minutes at the "reception" desk to even be acknowledged. The beds were okay, the pillows small, flat and weirdly lumpy. It wasn't clean. We were only there for one night and all we wanted was a clean .and comfortable place to sleep and a clean bathroom. Obviously it used to be a smoking room, and really needs a major overhaul, or at least repaint it. We both woke up really stuffed up and sneezing from allergies. There was white powder on the carpet beside one of the beds. I like to think it was a carpet cleaner of some kind. There were cobwebs on the walls. The heater seemed to have a mind of its own, fluctuating at random between 62°F and a toasty 74°. There was next to nothing in the vending machines. Neither of us could stand the thought of taking a shower...tub was black on the bottom and someone's long hair was decorating the faucet. I had a coffee from the breakfast area, which was ok. Everything else looked gross and i am not a picky eater. Grey sausage, you could make toast

The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities including a coffee maker, microwave, etc. The coffee maker had open packages of cream and sugar, meaning that the plastic wrapper had been opened, which was a little yucky. It would be really nice to see the use of real mugs and cups instead of all the disposable ones

The water was off at the hotel the first morning I was there. The TV reminded me of Michael Scott's plasma screen in The Office. The breakfast selection didn't look particularly edible.
