Hotel is just ok. The location is great for people who want to go to the Mall of America but don’t want the noise from the airport. The evening reception was nice. There are some issues with the condition of the hotel and the maintenance level is rather low. For example it took the staff 2 days to fix the phone in the room and the safety deposit box didn’t work either. The elevators were always messy because guests spilled drinks and food but the staff didn’t care to clean it.

We’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before but this one was not up to the standard I expect. The room was clean but the toilet would “run” after flushing and the tub did not drain properly while showering. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly.

The room was in good condition and very clean! The beds were rather hard, as a result we tossed and turned all night with little sleep. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition with a plesant atmosphere.

Went to cities to attend the MN State High School hockey tournament. Wan to watch the games on tv that I am not attending in person. They don't carry the channel and don't allow use of HDMI hookups to use my own device. Simple technology feature that for whatever reason they dismantle.

The embassy suites is normally a go to hotel for us wherever we travel. Unfortunately this trip was not good. Every pluging in the room was falling apart. As you try to unplug any charger the whole plugin comes out if the lamps. We stay so there is room for all of us. The was no pillows or blankets for the couch bed for our son in the livingroom area. The breakfast is also a large reason we stay here. We waited in the omelet line for a while which is ok. Yet when we get up there we are informed they are missing half the stuff they put in the omelets. Then the omelet when done is still leaking uncooked egg. Was just a disspointing stay compared to what we are used to at the property. Mabey look around before deciding to stay at this location

After driving 18 hours to Minneapolis, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm. The receptionist was rude and told us “check in is at 4:00, no sooner” When we returned at 3:45pm to check in, all the computers were down, which means yet again, we still couldn’t check in. I understand things happen, but the receptionist could have been A LOT nicer to myself and the other customers. We all have bad days, but remember, you work in customer service, so serve the customers politely

Our stay was great and the food was excellent especially the pizza from the restaurant. The made to order omelets were delicious! Only complaints were the pool temperature and the guy? At checkout that I spoke to on the phone when I realized we forgot our suits in the room was extremely rude. Might try the airport Embassy next time

Elevator broken. Long wait to check in. Shower did not work properly and toilet did not flush properly.

The place was great overall, the breakfast kept running out of food and milk took forever to refill, two elevators were out of service so checking out was terrible

Always a pleasure staying here. Great room with plenty of space, sinks. Delicious breakfast. Really wonderful people. Staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Great location with so much around and easy access to highways.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff in the kitchen were super nice!! Kitchen rest area is very nice. This is not the experience you will get from the Marriott Hotel chain. If you are looking for a hotel that has a nice relaxing area to hang out with friends and families, this is the hotel. Pool is nice too. This is an old hotel, the switches in the room can be cleaned. Too many mirrors in the room.

The atrium is beautiful for this building, but the rest of it is out of date. Our room was filthy- there was syrup all over the wall and headboard, pink scum in the bar sink, and stains on the carpet that were crusty…. Gross!!

Hotel staff rude upon trying to check in. Seth at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to check in he told me that they had 2 big parties they were preparing for. (Which had nothing to do with me)I had to get a manager David to help me get checked in. I didn’t know Hilton was so unprofessional. They didn’t try to accommodate me for my horrible experience. Will never book again.

A Disappointing Experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis JUST DONT DO IT!! My recent stay at Embassy Suites left much to be desired, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. Our two rooms had 6 individuals each but only three towels and no extra linen for the sofa bed. When this was brought up to the front staff Amanda stated that was a housekeeping issues and they did not have anything extra to offer. I had overheard her tell another customer that if she spoke Spanish she could ask them and it was her problem. The hotel pool area also had no towels which created a wet mess all over the floors leading to and into the elevator. To begin with, the room I was assigned which I had two booked for a large group was far from the advertised standards. The furnishings were outdated, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It felt like minimal effort was put into maintaining the rooms, creating an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere. The amenities, touted as luxurious, were a major letdown. The staff's attitude further dampened my stay. There was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and the customer service fell short of the basic standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The Front desk staff Amanda was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went so far as to threaten a customer with added charges to her room.

The stay was actually great. No complaints there. The billing part not so much. When we checked in for the night, my significant other and I split the hotel stay, so we were both charged half of the 183.53 bill for the night. He was charged 92 dollars and I should’ve been charged the remaining 91.53. When I looked at my credit card bill online, I’ve been charged the full 183.53 and he was also still charged the 92 dollars. I have called numerous times and have had zero response, and whoever Seth is that is answering their phones, is completely rude and no help at all. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last month and a half and will not be returning. It should not be this difficult to get some help to get this resolved.
