Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again.

The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging off ceiling and did not work, toilet would not flush. There was no blanket or comforter on bed. Water handles in shower were loose from the wall.

It was probably very nice in the 1970’s but is old and falling apart. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the rooms were terrible….

The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. We were disappointed in the state of the room, very run down and needed an update. We had a small dog and felt we got a room that was in rough shape due to the pet. If we could get a better room we would stay here again because the staff was so friendly.

Just a place to get cleaned up and sleep. Not very clean but ive seen worse. No bugs at least?? Asked for clean towels and he looked at me like i had two heads. Got pool towels in return.

Check in was fine except the lobby smelled of cigarettes the minute I opened the door. The room was large, but furnishings are very old. The room. Had cigarette odor. The carpet is dirty, the toilet is very low, the towels were stained and paper-thin. There was no blanket on the bed. There was an old blanket on a rack which had no hangers. First and last time that we'll stay there. Overpriced considering the condition of the room.

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever been in , no hot water and the gap in the door was so large that I had to stuff a half of roll of paper towel as a gasket to keep the bugs out . You could out into the parking lot the gap was so big , not safe . It smelled so bad of mold I could only stay there one night. Safe yourself don’t ever stay there , that place should be condemned!

We booked 2 pet friendly rooms and were told when we got there that the pet policy was 1 dog per room under 40 lbs. No way is this policy stated expect on a sign at the check in window!

Looks fair on the outside, but wait until you get into a room. We reserved a deluxe king only to find nothing deluxe about it. The tub enclosure had been repainted probably several time and consequently the paint was peeling and the mold and filth was disgusting. Did not take a shower here. Be forewarned the clientele here was very seedy.

The room is not clean. There are some trash under the bed. Furnish is falling apart. The Tv is half display. The carpet smells and ripped off. One room smells like cigarettes. We asked to move. The staff was so nice. Very helpful. Overall this hotel needs to be renovation completely.

Price was cheapest I was ae to find, but not worth what was being charged, BIG dead bug in drawer, blood on bathroom wall, went to ask for comforter & was told its Florida there are none, tv picture was bad

The place was dirty. Both bed spreads were stained with what appeared to be blood stains. Management stated they couldn't do anything about that. Room was not made up between days stayed. Did get towels. Bathroom door had holes & bottom was eaten up. Refrig didn't work - black tape trying to keep door closed. Bathroom sink was badly stained brown. Low water flow in shower. Bathroom sink was delaminating.

Riverside Inn was horrible. There were several shady characters outside the rooms. And when i opened the door to my room the bed wasnt even made, the chair had stains, the room smelled nasty , the shower curtain had mold, and there were thick dust in the wall of the shower. Do not stay at this hotel!

Absolutely horrible. The place is a dump. Guests were rude and loud. Management did nothing to assist in helping with rude, loud guests. Individuals were smoking right outside my room which then caused my room to have cigarette smoke, which I am allergic too. I called front desk and nothing was done.

This hotel could use a complete remodel on the inside and out. The bathroom was the biggest, as a new sink, tub, door, and shower curtain was in vary poor condition.
