Great experience. Loved our room.

The hotel was fine. Our carpet had existing stains and breakfast was mediocre. My aunt even had a hair on her plate from the omelet station. Parking was expensive and hard to manage with so few spaces and for the price, it just wasn't worth it. While we were there, the moment breakfast was over, a worker was closing the doors with people still getting food. There were also two separate salesmen trying to push hilton trips that were very disruptive and pushy.

We had a corner 2 double bed suite and it was fantastic. Only on the second floor but it was so room and comfortable. The sunset was amazing from the balcony. We walked a few blocks to dinner and were able to relax and have fun. Free reception from 5-6:30 was a pleasant surprise when we got there too.

I’ve stayed here before and the room I was in was super clean but this time they put us in a far suite to the back of the hotel and it was extremely runned down the furniture the carpet everything was old and not comfortable at all

Certainly: The accommodation provided a generally satisfactory experience, with notable positives such as the cleanliness of the room, ample towel provision, comfortable beds, and a convenient check-in process. The breakfast offerings were diverse and appealing, including a made-to-order omelet station, along with a variety of other options such as oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. However, there were some issues detracting from the overall experience. A persistent noise, possibly from a cart or freeway, disrupted tranquility. Additionally, insufficient supplies, such as only three facial tissues and an empty lotion bottle, were noted. Although rectified upon request, these shortcomings were nevertheless notable. Furthermore, encountering a malfunctioning key card and subsequently discovering a dead lock battery necessitated assistance from the front desk. While one staff member was initially unable to resolve the issue, another was able to rectify it after approximately 30 minutes, albeit causing inconvenience. Lastly, the delayed start of breakfast service, beginning at 7:30 AM, was disappointing for guests with early departures, resulting in the need to seek alternative dining options.

Our family was celebrating three birthdays. We really enjoyed our stay, our suite was so spacious. We loved the indoor pool. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was not warm enough.

The room was in disrepair, light switch was broken as was the lamp plug. The bartender was rude. We were there for 4 days and he was there everyday. Everyone was nice.

The hotel was great. Breakfast You are great.
